We were very pleased with the quality of the advice given during the planning stage for the replacement of a home heating boiler system. The installation took place over two days and was carried out efficiently, competently and with no inconvenience to home life. On completion we were given very clear instructions, demonstrations and explanations about the use and operation of the system. We have been amazed at the efficiency of the new system in terms of its speedy and accurate temperature response to our controls. We have had many years of excellent annual servicing and rapid responses to the very rare but occasional call-out and we anticipate that the new boiler will be looked after likewise for many years.

This was the annual service to our gas boiler that was arranged a few weeks ago. Very easy to arrange an appointment that was convenient to us. Kevin the engineer who is a friendly and helpful chap turned up on time and carried out the service with no problems reported.

our oil fired boiler started playing up just before christmas during a baltic spell of weather, phoned melvillewhitson who sent ryan their oil boiler engineer to check it out, turned out to be a faulty probe, ryan ordered new part which we thought would take ages to arrive,but it turned up the next day.in the mean time ryan had got hold of a part from another boiler which meant we had heating and hot water that night.next day new probe fitted and everything working, cant thank ryan and melvillewhitson enough.

MWM has done several jobs for us in recent months. They give precise quotes and always arrive at the time agreed.

We have had six or seven plumbers visiting on the different jobs - all have been skilled, efficient and friendly. They have also been thoughtful; not just arriving, doing the job as instructed then leaving but thinking about what was being done and how best to do it.

We've used MWM for over 10 years now, in our own home and a rental property, for new boiler, bathroom fitting, gas safety inspections and everything else. The only firm of plumbers / heating engineers you will ever need.

We had the bath replaced by a shower tray and enclosure, and also new shower wall panels and flooring fitted.

The work involved investigating a possible leak behind the kitchen sink unit. The area was exposed and checked with the minimum of disruption and re~assembled tidily and efficiently. The plumber ( Kevin) is a credit to the company and was friendly and most helpful.

We had anold Oil Boiler replaced with a modern system to the current standards. The work was done as planned and several other small issues with the existing system that were not strictly part of the planned work were corrected at no extra cost. Very impressed. Nice people and excellent work.
