When ridge tiles had been blown of due to a very bad storm, I had no hesitation in ‘phoning Colin, (I’ve used his company before) he came out within an hour, explained in a professional and friendly way what needed to be done and true to his word, a few days later, his men arrived to do the work, they were very polite and friendly and got the work done. I have nothing but praise for Colin and his Company, he is always quick to respond and prices are very competitive, would definitely recommend them.

Colin responded very quickly to our concerns about a discoloured patch on our bathroom ceiling which appeared to be damp and after careful inspection he recommended an appropriate associate to identify and resolve the issue. We would highly recommend him for his knowledge, prompt response and professionalism.

This is the second time that Colin and his team have made repairs to my property. On the initial visit, everything was explained clearly and the quote provided was fair. On the days of the work, they turned up on time, completed the repairs and cleaned up in a professional manner. I couldn't be more happier with the quality of work and can't thank Colin and his team enough. I would have them back in a heartbeat.

A couple of ridge tiles came off the roof in the bad weather between Christmas and New Year. Colin came out the same day as I phoned to have a look and provide quote. Colin kept me informed of when the men would come to do the repair. Men came as planned and were very friendly and professional. Would use again.

Clearing of blocked guttering and re attachment of a vent cover on the gable end of the house.
Colin and his staff were brilliant. Quote and work explained were very clear and they worked quickly without any issue and made sure everything was tidy before leaving.

I had seen work carried out by L&E Roofing on a house nearby and through all stages the work looked good so when my chimney roughcast needed repair I contacted Colin. His response with the estimate was very quick and efficient. He always kept me fully informed of each stage of work from scaffolding, materials and job progress. The men turned up on time, worked hard, kept the site tidy and finished off the chimney roughcast to a high spec. The site was all cleaned up and scaffolding removed soon after. All in all I am delighted with the work and will call Colin again if more roof work required. Thanks to all his team.

Colin and the team did a roof repair to our block of flats, replacing all broken tiles, ridges, guttering, flashing etc. They also painted all new cast iron guttering and downpipes. They discovered cracked rendering on one of the chimneys which they promptly repaired. This fixed a leak which other roofers had been unable to resolve. Colin's communication and professionalism was second to none. He sent us daily updates and photos tracking the progress of the work. I am very happy with the work done by L & E Roofing and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work done. We have finally found a reliable, trustworthy roofer!

Clear communication on when they come to assess work, when and how long they would be on site, advise re work required with options and clear costings. The work that was carried out was to replace the Welsh slate under Velux window, remove all rusty ridge straps and supply and fit new galvanised ones and to fit back a lead capping piece which had fallen off. All valleys were painted , lead gutters cleaned out and all debris removed. A tidy job.
All the work was carried out by Darren and Dillon who worked consciously, were very polite and competent. They are a credit to the business.
Colin and his team will be returning before the winter sets in to repair and re-point the sandstone on my cottage.
I would recommend Colin and his team to anyone who wants a professional job doing with tradesmen who know their stuff.

My Mother in Law recently lost her husband and soon after the roof needed some urgent repairs (partly caused by another roofing company who did a bad job) which only added to her stress levels!
Colin was recommended to me by a friend who also had work done so I gave him a call to see if he could help.
He was very polite and respectful of the situation, gave great advice, provided a very competitive quote, delivered the job ahead of schedule and to a level of quality well beyond what we hoped for. He even carried out some additional works without charge.
No need to look elsewhere. Go with Colin and his team. You'll not be disappointed.

I phoned L&E roofing contractors to discuss a crack in the harling. Colin duly arrived on the agreed date, surveyed the issue and provided a quote the same day. A quote I thought was good and accepted. Colin explained the process and time scale and was able to carry out the work earlier than expected. His team carried out the work well. They were polite and friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend L&E Roofing Contractors. Very happy with their work.
