This company was recommended to us. They turned up when they said they would and completed repair to broken gutttering very quickly. They were very friendly and and polite. The cost was extremely reasonable. Would recommend this company and use them again.

The flat roof areas of the house extension, garage and porch were all renewed using traditional felt. Job completed in 2 days as the team worked continuously with mininimum breaks. They were friendly, the finish looks good and all mess was cleared away.

My elderly Mother had water leaking into a bedroom and it appeared to be due to a problem with her roof.
Emailed J & D Roofing at 10pm and was contacted at 9.30am the following morning. Roofers arrived 30 minutes later. After searching roof and attic the hole was found and promptly repaired.

John estimated for the work quickly after his visit and we were fortunate that he gave the job priority as our roof was leaking badly. A faulty zinc watergate was replaced with lead which gives a much neater appearance, better functionality and longevity. The team did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them for future work.

The team replaced our facias, gutters, and downpipes and installed a new dry verge system. They also removed the concrete ridge tiles from the roof and replaced them. We were very satisfied with the work undertaken. John and his team were professional, courteous and reliable. The work was undertaken on schedule and the team tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

When I noticed on a Sunday that a water was getting in through the roof of my bay window, I contacted J&D Roofing through their website. They phoned me first thing on Monday morning and sent a man out to inspect the site within 90 minutes. He applied a temporary fix and a week later the work was completed.
This is a friendly, reliable firm, with good customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The job included removal of weeds from roof, taking off coping stones and re cementing and renewing cement skews which required scaffolding to be put up for access.

Our roof was badly in need of attention and J&D Roofing stepped up. They stripped the coverings from the front elevation roof and dormer window and renewed including new flashings, cement skews etc. The tradesmen were very proficient, very good timekeepers, courteous and tidied up everything on completion. Several neighbours have already made positive comment regarding the works. We are delighted with the outcome and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company if asked.

I had a rainwater leak through a dormer roof. Following contact, John attended within a couple of days carried out a thorough survey of the rear roof of my cottage, finding a number of broken and displaced slates and a broken cement skew at the base of a chimney. I received a prompt and reasonable quote for the repair work which was undertaken three weeks later. Johnny and his colleague did a thorough job,explained what had been found and dealt with and checked that I was happy with the work. All debris was removed and watergates and gutters cleaned. I would certainly use them again.

They examined roof round tall chimney - located the faulty area - - the ceiling had fallen down on the landing below. - a lath and plaster ceiling. Workers went up and properly examined and made safe the roof and sealed the leaking area extremely well.. Quick, efficient and very thorough and pleasant.
I Intend to have them in future to examine and check the whole roof of this old house every Autumn.
Since the above I have had them back to completely seal leaking guttering which has been bad for a number of years .

John and his team carried out refurbishment work to the roof of our recently purchased house after we discovered some leaks during the winter. Some timber and felt was renewed, broken tiles replaced, the verges were repointed, fascias repainted or replaced as necessary, and finally new gutters and downpipes were installed.
John's team are friendly, hard working and were happy to oblige when we kept thinking of more jobs that needed done.
I've used J&D roofing in the past, would use again, and would certainly recommend to others.
