Annual boiler service carried out in a friendly and efficient way

Very impressed with the engineer who came out who was knowledgeable and got our problem sorted in one visit.

We needed a new boiler fitting and Shirley, Steven and the team at Heating Scotland were very professional from the outset. The advice was great, the quote competitive and the friendly engineers did a great job of fitting it, cleaned up behind themselves and made time to talk us through how to make the most efficient use of it. The boiler came with a 12 year warranty and they also fitted a filter and a smart thermostat. Comms was excellent from start to finish and the process made simple. We are delighted and I would highly recommend them!

The guys arrived exactly at the agreed time and completed the fitting of our new boiler quickly, efficiently and with little involvement from us. Everything was cleared up afterwards and they also bled our radiators which I wasn’t expecting so that the house has never been cosier. Shirley in the office was great for keeping us in touch with everything. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent work and reliability over many years

I've been using Heating Scotland for years ever since they installed my first boiler and rads.

They have just finished servicing my boiler which they've done for the past 10 years (3rd home now) and yet again, are very efficient.

Steve and his team are very professional, friendly and talk you through what they've done.

Booking the apt over the phone with Shirley and the payment of invoices is also very straightforward, Shirley is always great to deal with.

Replaced water pump on central heating system promptly. Excellent communication via the office who always answered the phone. Polite, knowledgeable fitter attended at time indicated.

Annual gas boiler service. We have used this company for servicing since they installed the boiler, also they have carried out other plumbing work for us earlier in the year. We are very satisfied with the work and will certainly use again.

We had an annual service on our gas central heating. Engineers are very pleasant and efficient. You get an email copy of your service straight away. Reasonably priced
