Had my gas boiler service and some radiators checked. Was sent a reminder re: boiler service due. Phoned to make an appointment. Engineer came at the time advised and undertook all the necessary checks. Service record sent to me and then invoiced. Excellent customer service, engineer very helpful and cost of service very reasonable. I'm very pleased with the service given by this company.

Very prompt service and I was kept updated on the day regarding the heating engineer's arrival time . Boiler serviced and thermostatic radiator valve fitted , system all back up in running in 90 minutes. All very efficient and clean and today job. We shall be using you again thank you !

I had to have a boiler replaced several years ago and the manufacturer recommended Heating Scotland. As they did an amazing job at the time I now have them do an annual service on the system. What an amazing efficient crew. Always clean and polite and very competitively price. I wouldn't hesitant using for any additional plumbing needs.

During the latest cold snap I returned home to find water pouring out of an outlet down the side of my house. I phoned Heating Scotland who had installed my boiler around 10yrs ago, we talked through the situation & this resulted in me turning the water & boiler off. One of their engineers (Michael) came out to the house a couple of hours later & was able to quickly identify the problem as a broken pressure relief valve. He immediately ordered the replacement part from Worcester Bosch & when this arrived the next afternoon (Friday) he returned at 5pm to fit the new valve, start the boiler up & check all working ok before leaving. Michael had an excellent friendly & professional manner & was able to explain what had happened & then fix the problem making sure all was working ok before leaving late in the day on a Friday. Great service across the board, from the helpful phone conversation with Shirley in the office to Michael fixing the boiler - brilliant !

Called to replace a valve on electric boiler. Initially advised would probably need to drain the system but on inspection found that unnecessary thus saving time and money.
Engineer was very pleasant and helpful.

Heating Scotland installed my Worcester Bosch boiler some years ago and have serviced it each year since.Their work has always been thorough,their engineers competent, friendly,and respectful.All are registered and this gives reassurance as to safety of the boiler and the gas supply to it.I had a recent emergency concerning the boiler, and they responded by giving me priority response to get the heating system going again.I cannot recommend Heating Scotland too highly as a reputable and efficient company.
