Heating Scotland fixed our electric boiler when it broke down during the recent very cold snap. It's hard to find companies that deal with electric boilers so it was a relief that Heating Scotland were able to come within a few hours, diagnose the problem, work out a temporary fix and then come back a few days later to install the new part that was needed. Their service was efficient, professional and friendly. I recommend them without hesitation.

Having been using this trader since 2011 when they installed a new Combi Boiler. Work went according plan and all mess cleared away.
Having now been using them on a yearly basis to complete necessary boiler maintenance. All staff who have been sent on this companies behalf have always been very courteous and helpful.
Shirley, from the office, is always very helpful, courteous and friendly.

The Heating Scotland engineer serviced the Gas boiler and carried out the Gas safety checks on all other appliances in our rental property.
Our tenant has been shielding for a long time due to health issues during the current pandemic, she was worried about a stranger entering the premises but the engineer put her completely at ease and carried out a very professional service wearing full PPE.

I recently had an old radiator removed and a new radiator installed in my living-room. The service was superb - from initially removing my radiator to installing my new radiator. This process was fast and efficient. There was a delay receiving my radiator from the supplier - heating Scotland continuously chased for this and kept me updated on the progress. They helped me with any questions I had along the way. I can't thank them enough for the great work and service - will definitely use again and recommend. Price was also very reasonable. Outstanding.

Steve from Heating Scotland both stepped-up and stepped-in when an alternative contractor seriously let us down.
At very short notice he sourced and installed a new home gas boiler. The product that he supplied and his workmanship are first-class and, he is clearly someone that is committed to ensuring that his local company delivers great customer service. A superb company who we are delighted to recommend to others.

Really happy with all aspects of the work done. Workmen friendly and professional and left no mess behind. SGN took longer to move the meter than expected but Shirley organised for the team to return the next day to complete the work. Would definitely use their services again.

Boiler replaced. Radiators and piping renewed. Two new radiators added. The engineers arrived each day at the time agreed. They were very pleasant and hard working. They kept us informed as to how the work was progressing. All the old radiators etc were removed and everything was left tidy. We had one slight problem which was immediately dealt with. I would use this firm again and recommend to friends.

I contacted Heating Scotland for a quote for the above work and my request was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner by Shirley and Steve.I received a very competitive quote and the work was carried out by Steve and his apprentice(sorry I forgot his name)on the 21st October.All work done following Covid guidelines.Both men were very friendly and completed the installation quickly and efficiently and to an excellent standard.They also carried out some work which was not part of the quote at no extra cost.In particular, Steve highlighted that my meter (recently installed) had been wired incorrectly and he fixed the problem, again at no extra cost to me.I would have no hesitation in recommending Heating Scotland to anyone who needs this type of service.An excellent service from start to finish and nothing seemed too much .Thank you to all at Heating Scotland!

We had our 25 year-old electric combi-boiler replaced by Heating Scotland a couple of years ago and have had it maintained by them ever since.

They really came up trumps when the new boiler had a problem with an internal pin-hole leak in the hot water heating coil (a manufacturing fault). They installed a replacement boiler without quibble, free of charge under their warranty, and it has been working perfectly ever since.

The engineers Steve and Aiden are very professional and personable, as is the back-office support from administrator Shirley. You are kept informed throughout the process, appointments are met, phone calls / emails returned and the work carried out to excellent standards.

External gas pipe maintenance/check carried out at short notice for my elderly mother. Very helpful and person-centred customer service. Heating Scotland have installed my heating system and maintained it for several years. I find them very reliable, always turning up when they say they will and completing any work in a timely way. Both Steve and Aiden are polite and friendly and I look forward to hearing about Steve's charity work.

Excellent work by a two man team, who came at appointed time, worked all day on the job & finished, tidied up & left by dinner. Cannot fault their work and very personable, have used them twice now on two properties we own and would not hesitate to recommend them

I am delighted with the work carried out - replacement of two radiators. They also arranged for a plasterer to complete the work.

We had a new electric wet central heating system and a new hot water cylinder installed. The team (Steve, Aiden Ben and Shirley back at base) were brilliant.
Everyone was always very polite and attentive to our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to ask questions about the products and the installation process.
On completion of the work Steve explained how everything operated.

This team are the business and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Definite 5 star.

Over the years I have used HeatingScotland on a number of occasions. In my old flat they replaced the boiler and radiators and when we moved we called them again to do the same at the new house.
We also use HeatingScotland to service the boiler at my mothers and our house annually.
Steven and his team are extremely professional, take pride in their work and are a great group of people to work with. Steven has an encyclopedic knowledge of pretty much all trades and gives honest and great advice. When our old boiler broke down he cancelled his plans for Christmas eve, work through the day to insure my family had heating and hot water on Christmas day.
The service and quality of work provided by HeatingScotland is second to none.

New boiler fitted in new location after 25 years in the same position every other Heating engineer wanted to keep the boiler where it was .( because that was the easy option)

I can't recommend Stephen, Aiden and the team enough. Heating Scotland installed and maintain our heating system, our daughters' system and also look after the heating in a local charity. Service is always excellent. During lockdown our boiler started failing intermittently so we had no heating or hot water - this was worrying. I can't thank Stephen and Aiden enough for the professional and safe service they provided. It took a few attempts to sort the problem as the failure was random, but they checked everything and liaised with and then chased the manufacturer to get help for us. It was great that they persevered and fixed the problem. Highly recommended.
