We had a new boiler 2years ago, and we were having the boiler serviced this year. Very reliable.

Our ancient and seemingly DIY central heating, including back boiler and gas fire, had to be completely replaced with new radiators and a combi boiler. This also meant getting rid of the old hot water tank and sealing off various pipes and so on. We were nervous because it's an old building, and we'd relatively recently had wooden flooring put in everywhere. But Steven worked out ingenious solutions to make sure that there was minimal disruption to the floors, and even found a wonderful joiner to deal with the floor aspect, as well as a plasterer to tidy up the gaps left by the old boiler/fire and a couple of hatches that were needed in order to minimise floor interference. He briefed everyone extremely well, so that when they came to do the job it all worked smoothly. There were inevitable unexpected issues here and there, but the guys worked out effective solutions quickly and the problems turned out not to be as serious as they might have been (or so it seemed to us). The difference in our house is palpable already. We are absolutely delighted. And not only that, but there is 5-year warranty on their work, on top of the manufacturer's 10-year warranty on the boiler itself. Everyone was very patient with us and our jitters, which they took seriously, and very pleasant. We really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Boiler service - first class

We had a serious problem with a property in a large development where a replacement gas boiler could not be fitted. Steve explained our options and supplied and fitted an electric boiler which our tenant is very happy with.
Steve is very knowledgeable, careful and his work is always to a high standard at a good price. He has done the yearly service at our personal and rental properties for the past three years. It is easy to book an appointment and we are notified of any necessary changes.

I’ve used Heating Scotland since I moved to my new build 8 years ago. Steve has been superb, coming out when I have twice had a problem and servicing regularly at a reasonable cost. Responded very quickly following my online enquiry regarding adding an additional radiator to the central heating system. Stephen, I think, called and explained the work to be done and a quote followed very quickly. On the day the plumber called at the time agreed and the work was carried out as previously outlined.
