I had larger radiators to replace smaller ones. They came on time and worked hard...without stopping for coffee...even though I asked several times. I felt confidence in their work, Aiden was especially good and nothing was too much effort.

I have recently used Heating Scotland for boiler service and additional repairs to our heating system. My first experience of dealing with Heating Scotland was some 12 months ago when they installed the Hive system for me plus general repairs and boiler service. I can honestly say this is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with, and believe me I have dealt with many. From the word go their response to my initial enquiry was excellent. I was kept informed at every stage regarding timescales etc. As for the staff members that carried out the work on both occasions, they were second to none, polite, tidy workers, professional and great communication skills. Annual Service

Annual Gas boiler service and safety checks.

A very professional company we've been using them for a few years now, always reliable.

Boiler had failed to fire up so we had no hot water or heating. I called Heating Scotland and they were able to send an engineer within the hour which was amazing! Engineer got the boiler working pretty quickly, tested the system and stayed on site long enough to ensure the boiler wasn’t going to fail again. Very happy with the service - this is the 2nd time I’ve used them (the previous time was to service the boiler in my previous house) and I will continue to use them.

Firstly, the work done. The engineer who installed the HIVE system was efficient, informative and did a great job, and spent time explaining how it worked.

The administration support in product information, booking, invoicing was also first rate

Engineer came at the time advised and undertook all the necessary checks. Service record sent to me and then invoiced.
