Engineer arrived at agreed time. Identified boiler fault quickly and clearly explained it. Patched hose temporarily and left boiler in working condition. Ordered new hose. Returned a couple of days later at agreed time and fitted new hose.

My gas boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no heating or hot water. The engineer from Heating Scotland came out first thing the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the spare parts, and returned the following morning to fit them. Prompt, efficient service and very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Heating Scotland have done my boiler service for the last few years. I have always found them very reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and the engineers are always very friendly and willing to help and advise, if required. The booking staff are also very friendly. I was recommended them by another satisfied customer. Would highly recommend.

Heating Scotland installed my combi boiler 4 years ago, and perform an annual service. I recently had them instal a new radiator in my bedroom as the old one was not giving out much heat. The engineers are always on time and do a fantastic job. There's no mess left, as they clean up after themselves as well. I can highly recommend them.

We had a leak from our boiler, phoning them was easy. I got a call back the next day to arrange for a boiler engineer to come out.
He was early so phoned to see if that suited me, he worked quickly and reassured us of the work done. Explaining what the issue had been and the solution.

Replaced my 92 year old mother’s boiler in her flat. When her boiler was serviced it was found to be leaking CO internally and as it was 17 years old replacement seemed sensible option. This was arranged and done with only minor disruption for her. All the team were prompt and the work was finished in time for her to enjoy her tea. Very neat and tidy work team, communication was excellent at all times.

Absolutely excellent service. Both boilers were serviced efficiently, and the area was left clean and tidy. The engineer was polite and courteous. Can’t recommend the company more highly. Have used them for family work as well.

We used Heating Scotland for a major refurbishment to our flat in 2019. They were brilliant then and have been consistently great ever since when we’ve moved radiators, fixed taps. We always call for our annual boiler service. From the office staff to the work in our home their service is always excellent. They always show up exactly when planned and deliver in the timescale forecast. Can’t be beaten, we won’t go anywhere else for plumbing and heating …
