Forth Blinds repaired a blind I had cut blind and put a new cord and sockets/brackets on it. They did not charge me for this. I found this company very reliable and most helpful. Will be using this company again, excellent service.

We asked Phil for a larger longer vertical blind, he was able to supply and his team installed it in double quick time.

Forth Blinds were very accommodating to our needs, we required black out blinds for our office. Phil came out to measure and was very pleasant and friendly, blinds were perfect when they arrived. Would recommend!

Forth Blinds were the only company with reasonable lead times when I contacted them, a couple of weeks before moving to a new build. We had part-exchanged so didn’t have enough time to get blinds fitted first. Other companies were telling us we would wait weeks/months to come out and just measure our blinds. Forth had someone out the Monday after we moved in, which was less than a week after I reached out, so quick! We were given temporary blinds by Scott (who measured our blinds). He was friendly and knew the products well. He recommended what would work for us and we were able to choose from a colour/style book. We went for white (boring!) but there are so many choices!

We were told the lead time between this visit and installation would be about four weeks. It ended up being five and a half, or thereabouts, which was fine. Communication was OK, but a call to inform us of the delay, rather than us having to chase would have been a nice extra touch. I guess, on balance, this is a minor thing and the delay itself didn’t bother us because we knew the Coronavirus pandemic had affected this sector, as well as everyone else!

Installation was done by Jack who helped me remove the temporary blinds and gave me advice about how to recycle them. The visit itself, for six blinds/sets of blinds (or thereabouts) was only an hour and a half, or so. Friendly, on time and very efficient.

Overall, this is a brilliant company and one I have already recommend to a friend. Using them in the current climate has been a refreshing experience. Professional, competent and pragmatic - all at once. Thank you!!

He would not be beaten with the repair and after a few times of taking it apart and new spring got it working perfectly.

The lady was very helpful. The shops were all cl0sed for the product I needed and she said she could supply them. Collected them the next day.

Needed new plastic chains for conservatory vertical blinds which were supplied free of charge with no quibble and advised if any other issues to get back in touch. This was exactly the case as we miscalculated exactly what length was required and additional chains supplied - no problem!

Just had my 5th perfect fit blind fitted, not the cheapest blinds but the hassle of not having to move them out of the way to open windows and/or cleaning them along with the overall look means I have no regrets. First one was fitted 4 years ago and still looks and works (roller perfect fit) as it did when first fitted, even with daily use. Friendly staff who weren't pushy on each visit means I would recommend and use them again.

Phil arranged a repair to one of my blinds and Jamie completed the repair at home. Delighted with the work Jamie done on the blind. I highly recommend Forth Blinds for the purchase and any necessary repairs to their blinds.
