Andrew Dosser from Edinburgh Gas & Renewables has been very helpful and has replaced our boiler very professionally. He is our first point of contact, as a result of his brilliant service, for any heating to plumbing issues.

I contacted Edinburgh Gas & Renewables on short notice, noting an emergency in a family member's residence. They responded, out of hours, and offered to attend the next day between jobs. I kept in touch via text with them and sure enough, they came and sorted the issue the next day. My family member described them as "extremely professional" and couldn't praise them enough for the quality of their service, manners, and professionalism.

Good value, very reliable, despite a few unexpected hurdles with the house, they were overcome by these guys and completed on time. Great service, highly recommended.

Andrew has helped us a couple of times with issues, always fitted us in last minute which we appreciate. He has never been pushy about the work, always given us all the facts and information, to then make an informed decision ourselves. We decided to go for a new boiler and this was fitted extremely well. I trust the company and workers and will continue to use them in the future.

I am so impressed by the service provided by Edinburgh Gas & Renewables and carried out by Andrew and Ross to very high standards. My Baxi back boiler was replaced with a Vaillant combi boiler in my bedroom wardrobe requiring new piping and a new roof vent among other work that took three days.
My flat is only two rooms and I was very happy to leave the entire day so Andrew & Ross could get on with the work. They were friendly, knowledgable and professional.
Above all I was overawed by their cheerful disposition taking all the heavy equipment up & down the stairs. As Ross said "we're up for a challenge" - well, I can confirm they completed on time and are brilliant, a real credit to the firm.

Andrew gave us a quote for a Boiler replacement. He came across very professional and knowledgeable, pointing at the shortcoming of the current installation, but never pushing us towards an expensive solution and always taking the time to explain the reasons for advising one way or another and taking into account our concerns and the specifities of the property.

We had our central heating boiler replaced by Edinburgh Gas & Renewables and i was impressed with every aspect of the service. The communication and punctuality were excellent and at each step, we knew where we were.

Not the cheapest of the quotes for the work, but certainly the most thorough.

I got a new boiler installed. The two fitters(Andy & Ross) were very knowledgeable and the work was done to a high standard. Ross took the time to go through the Hive system with me.
