Over several years I've gone to Andy whenever I've had a problem or query with my PC or software. In fact I bought my current PC from him about 6 years ago. It's given me good service and is still going strong yet - so any occasional issues I've had to take to him over these years have usually been minor.
I certainly wouldn't go to anyone other than EasyPC, and I've had no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone else who's talked about having computer problems.

Difficulty accessing Internet on Windows 11 laptop. The problem was quickly resolved by Easy PC.

Fitting a new keyboard to a Dell laptop. Andy was very helpful, and when it failed (not his fault) just out of the 3 month guarantee period he managed to get a replacement from Dell and fit it free of charge.

Unlocked laptop and returned the same day.

I ASKED EASY PC FOR HELP WITH A PRODUCT THEY WOULD NOT, NORMALLY, HANDLE. WITH HARDLY A MOMENT’S HESITATION THEY AGREED TO GIVE IT A TRY, WORKED ON IT OVERNIGHT AND RETURNED IT IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER NEXT DAY. I HESITATE TO SAY THIS BECAUSE I’M SURE THEY WON’T ALWAYS BE ABLE TO HELP WITH EVERYTHING (NOBODY CAN). BUT IT SHOWS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY EXPECT OF THEMSELVES.

5 star rating all around. There is only one person I trusted to build my new rig knowing what it would cost and the quality of service and work I would insist upon being observed and maintained.

Andy goes above and beyond with ANY job but given he would have known my expectations - he still surpasses. I challenge you to find a system builder who puts as much care and time into every machine built, proper overnight testing, settling for nothing but optimal performance and ensuring every single component sings in harmony.

Imagine provided is the FINISHED build - all cables are fitted and mounted you just can't see them - see second image :)

For those who do not understand the importance here - cables and other obstacles in the central area of a system hinder airflow and consequently cooling - ideally the only obstacles should be the components requiring the cooling which you can clearly see is the case here.

There is a reason people come from afar to have machines built by EasyPC and long may it continue!!!

Andy provided a great service and was very helpful explaining the options. He is very good at helping those not so tech savvy.
