Our fairly new laptop stopped working , typically just out of warranty.
We took into Easy PC , seeking advice and probable repair - we had good advice with
Andy ringing and advising on the problem, what was required and the cost involved, once he'd had a good look at the machine. Laptop returned to the time line agreed, with good communication and matching to quote advised.
Very satisfied and will use Easy PC in the future.

Old PC hacked but was in need of replacement in any case. Andy explained in layman's terms what was required. I purchased a replacement PC and Andy transferred all the files from my old PC including pictures on to this. First class customer service.

I bought a new lap top from EasyPC last year and have been very satisfied with the sale and after sales service. It is good to have someone local to speak to regarding computing issues about which I know very little!! I would recommend this trader for all computer issues.
