My old computer developed a fault in April 2016 and Andy took it away and reported that in view of its age it was not economical to repair. He explained the various options available and advised that a new computer should be considered,and he advised accordingly. He transferred all the data from the old computer and came back to my house to set up and explain the workings of the new computer. On request, he returned on two occasions to fix a few setting-up problems. I contacted Andy in September 2016 and asked that he could advise and sort out a few issues, which he did and charged

Back up and re-install Windows: I was having such a lot of problems with my PC. I also suspected that my system was compromised. One phone call to Andy and my PC was booked in same day. Andy checked everything out and made several changes. I run a small family business so was very pleased to be up and running again quickly. Fantastic service, I would highly recommend.
