I had several minor issues with my laptop recently and contacted Easy PC. Andy was really helpful and efficient and sorted my problems out at a highly reasonable price. He was also very patient with me afterwards when I had a few queries. I would definitely recommend Easy PC and it is great to have a service like this locally!

Andy is excellent in all ways. He is extremely efficient at both the checking in procedure for your repair and also at keeping in touch by both phone, text and email. Any work required is always clearly explained in layman’s terms. His prices offer excellent value. I can not recommend him highly enough. He is a true professional at his job. Thank you very much.

We have two Macs of different ages - one a family computer, the other I use for my business and both of which hold a lot of data. They had both been working incredibly slowly which was getting very frustrating. Andy identified the problems and resolved them quickly and efficiently. They are now both as good as new. Thanks Andy.

My old computer developed a fault in April 2016 and Andy took it away and reported that in view of its age it was not economical to repair. He explained the various options available and advised that a new computer should be considered,and he advised accordingly. He transferred all the data from the old computer and came back to my house to set up and explain the workings of the new computer. On request, he returned on two occasions to fix a few setting-up problems. I contacted Andy in September 2016 and asked that he could advise and sort out a few issues, which he did and charged
