Fixing a Windows 10 failure on laptop.

I had a disc clone done installed SSD and RAM. Cloned and rezised SSD partition. Sorted Hotmail email in Thunderbird. The work was carried out professionally and done the same day I dropped off the Laptop.I was very pleased with the end result as everything is working as it should.

New Windows PC tower box to replace my existing tower including all hardware, Windows 11, re-installing my software and transferring data from my existing tower.

I found Andy to be very knowledgeable and helpful, not only in advising what hardware would be best for me but also in resolving the software issues I had once I connected my new box up at home.

Needed a good laptop and used Easypc. Checked price against the high street shops and price charged was reasonable. The big difference was how well the machine was set up included in the cost. Boots up straight away, no advertising platforms to get rid of, nothing unwanted. A really good job and excellent service.

The computer was built by Andy and this was the first time it had to go back (it was overdue a wee service anyway) but Andy took it in cleaned it up and done what was necessary to make it like new. My aging laptop has been satisfactorily repaired here before. This time around Andy checked it over and because he suspected that the issues would only be resolved by costly repairs (new keyboard etc), and as my laptop will be obsolete in October, he recommended replacement rather than repair.
You can trust Andy to repair your device if it's cost effective, and to advise you against it if it isn't. He didn't charge me anything for this assessment.

Very helpful with initial prognosis and recommendations clearly advised. Upon decision Easy PC were quick and kept in touch with progress. Follow up also taken by them & we know we can go back to them with any ongoing queries. The price was high but we wanted reliability and a high standard product which we got. Would recommend.

I had an older pc which had (windows 10)which Andy fixed for me but I thought I was better buying a new pc , as I use it for my business and could not afford to lose everything on it . I bought a new computer which arrived next day and Andy transferred all my data over for me any questions I had were answered honestly. I could not recommend Easy PC highly enough great service.

My laptop just conked out on me, and I was half-expecting to have to buy another device. It turned out to be just a flat battery, and was returned to me, fully charged, later the same day.

I bought a new laptop and had it set up. It was all very quick and efficient. The trader made a house call when there was a router problem.

A brand new laptop bought from a large store started having problems within the first week and I decided to go to Easy PC to check it for me which concluded that there was a hardware issue. I managed to get a refund from the larger store probably helped by the reported findings from Easy PC and then I went back to Easy PC to buy a new laptop through them. Very happy with the new laptop but after 6 months the fan was running a lot and the laptop was getting hot so took it back to Easy PC, the laptop was sent away and the battery and fan replaced at no cost as within the warranty period so that was great. The fan started running quite a lot shortly after but Easy PC could improve this. I am very happy for the service and experience I have had with Easy PC, they are my first port of call regarding my PC and I can highly recommend them.

Andy has helped keep my PCs running at peak performance for years, most recently adding a new Hard drive and a Wifi adapter. Easy PC built my current desktop PC and after9 years I am still very pleased with it.
They are very helpful when a problem occurs and any repairs are expeditiously done to a high standard.
Recently I needed old floppy discs and CDs looked at to recover files. This too was quickly performed to my satisfaction and my rating of "value for money" says it all.

Bought a replacement power adapter for my laptop. The previous replacement was bought over the internet and failed after the first use and may have been dangerous. I have also had other repairs and updates in the past - always receiving a first rate service.

I required my printer to be linked up to my laptop, contacted Easy PC and this was done to my complete satisfaction.

Andy had built a new PC for us some years ago which was long overdue for a health check and update. Some apps were really out of date such as Outlook 2010! We opted for a completely new PC and being non-techies ourselves, we were reliant on Andy's advice about what we did and didn't need. We were also planning to change our e-mail provider and Andy was really helpful in setting up a new provider and explaining how everything would work. Our new custom built PC and a health check/ upgrade to our laptop were completed on time and we're delighted with the results. We now have a fully up to date office system that even talks to our previously erratic printer, thanks to Andy.

We've now been Easy PC customers for something like 10 years and we've always found Andy to be extremely patient, helpful and friendly and able to explain things in simple and clear terms.
