One day my desktop computer suddenly started going through its start-up sequence over and over again without actually starting., while issuing a warning about the dangerous condition of a hard drive. I called Easy PC, Haddington, desperate because the machine is essential for daily business use. They took it in for repair the same day, diagnosed the problem that afternoon, repaired it next morning and called to say it was ready for collection in the afternoon, a frankly astonishing display of speed and efficiency. The cost was a fraction of what I expected. First-class service. Look no further if you have computer problems.

Our old PC had packed in and Alan at Easy PC helped us buy a new laptop. We are not very technical but Alan explained everything in simple terms. He also helped us with security which is working out to be much cheaper than what we used on our PC and transferred over our data to the new laptop free of charge. This was all done on the same day we initially went into the shop. We would definitely recommend Easy PC.

Our printer wasn't connecting to our laptop. EasyPC found a solution and had the devices returned to us in working order within a few hours. They followed up to check that we were still happy with the work carried out. Given our experience, we are happy to recommend EasyPC.

Whilst Andy was building my bespoke PC, my laptop had a problem. I took it to Easy PC and it was fixed overnight. No charge as I had paid a lot for the PC under construction. Real customer care.

Laptop upgraded to Windows 11 after it was slowing down and registering many junk files etc.
Staff inspired confidence from the outset - polite and treated an older customer (me) with consideration.
Work completed in a short time and at a very reasonable price.
I have no hesitation in recommending Easy-PC.

I asked Andy to build a fast desktop PC for photo editing and possible future video rendering. He built such a PC to my rough specification and within my budget. The whole project was completed within two weeks - well impressed. It is working well so I would recommend Easy PC.

This trader helped me with the partial recovery of deleted files on my very old computer. The customer care was excellent and I would highly recommend Easy PC to anybody wishing for prompt and professional help with any computer problems.

Amazing service. An expert upgrade on equipment we had been told by the manufacturer could not be done and a very expensive new product required. Easy PC fixed everything for us. Just brilliant service from start to finish.
