Easy PC

I have a bespoke PC to best suit my needs designed and commissioned by Andrew to a far superior specification, with lots to spare, far better than a pre-built PC of the same cost.
I recently encountered a software conflict resulting from some updates, two days before I left for a long awaited holiday and faced the prospect of leaving with the
thought of returning to face a complete re-installation of all.
The problem was quickly grasped and the PC taken to EasyPC where he did an emergency assessment and, to my surprise and delight had it all up and running with no loss of software or data the next day - not by magic, but EasyPC - easy if you know what you are doing, and he definitely does and takes great pride in his work and service.

Took my old computer in as it wasn’t working. Great and clear advice that I needed a new device due to the age and condition of mine. Helpful discussion regarding options and assistance in purchasing a replacement. No pressure just simple options. They managed to save my files and upload them onto the new device which was set up for me. It was all done very quickly too.
It was all easy and straightforward. I would happily use them again for any IT issues.

I have used Easy PC for all computer work for a number of years and will always continue to do so. All work undertaken by Easy PC has always been first class and carried out enabling my Laptops to be returned within the same day.
During my latest annual visit my two Laptops were both given full health checks and new versions of Norton installed at a greatly reduced price compared to the full Norton renewal price.

Easy PC set up my new laptop and link to mp3 player which had not been functioning properly and removed the hard drive from my old laptop - none of which I could do myself.
