Charging socket on laptop replaced. There was a small delay in procuring the part that had not been requested before but Easy PC kept me fully updated immediately the issue arose. Could not ask for better service.

I consulted Easy PC as my desktop computer was clearly suffering from old age and I needed advice on whether it could be improved or I should consider new equipment. Given the advent of Windows 11 and the fact that my computer was too old to use this I accepted that the time had come to buy a new desktop.

I discussed the options available and, having priced the cost of what I needed elsewhere, I was happy to purchase a custom built desktop from Easy PC. The price included the transfer of data from my old machine to the new one and additional advice on things that will be of benefit to me when using my new machine.

I was confident that I was being given good advice, I was talking to someone who knew his business and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to a friend who needed help with making a decision related to their computer.

As I had expected from previously using Easy PC, the service was prompt, fixed the problem and was explained well. Also had good advice about replacing my laptop

I asked Andy to source a laptop for me and he got back in super quick time and found a laptop that while an older model had exactly the functionality I wanted within my budget. It only took one or two days for Andy to order the laptop and set it up ready for use. I have always found the service at Easy PC excellent and would much rather spend my money there than with one of the big chains.

Good advice provided and very quick turnaround of a broken pc needed for work. The work carried out fixed the problem and has greatly improved the speed of my pc too.
