Brian and his team at the Tranent branch were excellent. We used them to carpet our new build 3 bed home. Excellent service and real value for money. After sales service could not be faulted. Carpets are excellent and Brian’s advice on what to go for and where in terms of wear etc was really helpful. Would use this company again.

Recently moved into a new build, and used East Coast Carpets. They were excellent from the moment we stepped in through the door. Really helpful with recommendations with things we didn’t even know we needed to know! Also very accommodating! The guys who did the fitting were also really good, also recommended ways to look after the carpet and little areas we’d need to keep an eye on! Overall excellent service, would definitely use again and would highly recommend!

Stevie at East Coast Carpets was fantastic - he helped us choose suitable carpets given our requirements and budget, and we weren't disappointed. They're great quality and were very reasonably priced. The fitters also coped well in laying the carpets under difficult circumstances after our entry to the house was delayed.

Bedroom carpet and flooring to front hall: I have used East Coast Carpets for a number of years now and find their service is excellent, from going into shop and choosing and the fitters are brilliant guys who will put all furniture back into place, which to us at our age was fantastic.  Have recommended them to loads of friends who have all been delighted with the service.
