East Coast Carpets

I purchased a hall, stair and landing carpet. (I have bought all the carpets in my home from this shop) Called the store and Steve arranged an appointment for us to visit the same day. He then arranged for the carpet to be fitted the following day. This was beyond my expectations but I was delighted!. The carpet fitters are polite , efficient and get the job done in no time at all. I am delighted with the service and professionalism of the shop. I would (and have) highly recommend the shop Steve makes buying a carpet very easy and knows his stock.Would not go anywhere else .

I was having a crisis after being let down by another carpet company a day before getting the keys to my new home. I went along to East Coast and within an hour they had went along to my home and taken precise measurements, given me a quote for the type of carpets/vinyl I was after and booked me in for free fitting in a days time. Could not recommend this company enough, they saved the day for me at the last minute. I will always recommend East Coast Carpets to friends and family and would use them again in the future.

We needed carpets and lino for 4 bedrooms, stairs and an en-suite bathroom.
All carpets and lino purchased from Steven Thompson at East Coast Carpets following a visit to his shop in Hawthorn Road Prestonpans. His advice and guidance pre-purchase was extremely helpful and as a result we placed an order.
His carpet fitters arrived on schedule throughout and completed the work in an excellent manner. The quality of work was first class. The fitters were very professional throughout.
The invoice for this work was excellent value for money.

East Coast Carpets supplied and fitted new flooring throughout our whole house - a mixture of carpet, LVT and lino, and each has been fitted to a very high standard. Stevie in the Prestonpans shop could not have been more helpful and patient, talking me through the different options and colours and i felt that the price was very reasonable for the quality of products. The fitting team were very friendly and always turned up on time. All together a very positive experience.

Very helpful proprietor, gave good advice. Value for money very good, cannot give 5 stars only because I did not get any other quotes, but I strongly suspect the price was very competitive. Was able to arrange fitting quickly with all going exactly to plan. The fitters were quick and excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brian and his team at the Tranent branch were excellent. We used them to carpet our new build 3 bed home. Excellent service and real value for money. After sales service could not be faulted. Carpets are excellent and Brian’s advice on what to go for and where in terms of wear etc was really helpful. Would use this company again.

Recently moved into a new build, and used East Coast Carpets. They were excellent from the moment we stepped in through the door. Really helpful with recommendations with things we didn’t even know we needed to know! Also very accommodating! The guys who did the fitting were also really good, also recommended ways to look after the carpet and little areas we’d need to keep an eye on! Overall excellent service, would definitely use again and would highly recommend!

Stevie at East Coast Carpets was fantastic - he helped us choose suitable carpets given our requirements and budget, and we weren't disappointed. They're great quality and were very reasonably priced. The fitters also coped well in laying the carpets under difficult circumstances after our entry to the house was delayed.
