We had laminate flooring laid throughout our kitchen, hall, living and dining room. We are really happy with all aspects of the service. The floor looks amazing, a very professional finish and exactly what we were looking for. Good choice of laminate and appears really good quality. All round great service and would recommend this local business.

Wanted laminate flooring after having to replace after it twice in 3 years. Was suggested to look at goliath padded lino floor covering if we got flooded again it would be easier to roll back floor covering to let everything dry out and put it back again. Cheaper and easier option. The guys did the job in no time and it looks great. Would certainly recommend.

I have used East Coast Carpets previously. good choice of carpets, and under felt. Experienced advice regarding best choice for each floor type, etc. Family company also local in East Lothian.

Both currently, and previously, good quality carpet and under-felt, the fitting excellent good fitter, I would recommend this company.

The only slight improvement would be to ensure clear communication with customer if any changes in dates etc. take place. Likewise, during Covid.19 restrictions, co-operation with other trades as regarding keys where empty property.

Would highly recommend, reasonable price for quality of carpets, under-felt, and fitting.

Contacted on the Wednesday, measured on Friday and fitted 2 hours later!! Due to new covid restrictions the carpets had to be fitted before Saturday the 16th Jan.

One of our clients required new kitchen flooring. Once it was ordered the team at East Coast Carpets updated me, contacting me to make arrangement for a suitable date and time for fitting. They were very flexible with fitting dates to ensure I could be there to support our client. The clients floor required some levelling off before the flooring could be laid. Chris the fitter organised this at short notice without any hesitation! I was kept updated at each stage of the process. The new flooring was fitted quickly and our client was delighted with the end result! Once Chris was finished, he cleared away everything ensuring it was safe for our client. Over all very satisfied with the service and quality.

Carpet fitted. Absolutely delighted with service. Original carpet unavailable east coast carpets offered alternatives and had them looked out ready for me to choose. Delivery on time and fitting went without a hitch. Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a stair carpet from East Coast Carpets, initially salesman Steven, very helpful. We were quoted for the new carpet, underlay and 3 threshold bars. We were told they didnt quote separately for the items, and as we wanted these items, we went ahead and arranged a fitting date. We also arranged for the old carpet to be removed and disposed of at an extra cost. The date arrived, a carpet fitter attended, given covid status, had no face covering, no plastic overshoes and no gloves on. The job was not completed on the agreed date as carpet fitter didn't have the right tools to finish the job. First failure. Second time they came back There was 3 of them in my house, no face covering, no plastic overshoes or gloves. They fitted a new carpet over old underlay,leaving the old carpet lying in my hall, but, surprisingly took the new underlay away. On contacting the shop, and speaking to Steven, I was met by exscuse after exscuse, in fact his after care attitude was uncaring and couldn't care less. The third time they came to my house after several phone calls, a visit to the carpet shop and 3 days later, the carpet was fitted and all with new underlay. I still do not have the threshhold bars, which I paid for and No apology for the poor service or inconvenience. NOT TO BE TRUSTED TRADERS.

Just had Stair Carpet supplied and fitted from East Coast Carpets. First Class customer service again from Steven, Brian & Carpet Fitters. Excellent fitting done throughout and especially on our open and wrap around stairs which were finished to a very high standard. Thank you lads from a very happy customer.

We had LVT fitted In The Lounge and a new stair carpet, Excellent value, Flooring is very good quality and the carpet fitters are of a high standard, we are very pleased with the finished product. Can’t recommend East Coast Carpets enough.

Very impressed with the service from ordering landing and stair carpet to the fitting and disposal of old carpet.

East Coast Carpets replaced our front room and dining room carpets and our lino in the kitchen.

Fantastic price, excellent advice on what carpets to buy and the fitting was done extremely quickly, neatly and to a high quality.

The floor coverings themselves are lovely and fitting and underlay were included.

We have 2 more rooms to do and will definitely be using East Coast Carpets again.

Living room carpet, hall, stairs and landing and two bedrooms carpeted. Vinyl for inside backdoor and toilet. All the staff work well together. I am giving East Coast Carpets a very good rating for a local company and a good team.
