Really helpful advice and product range, very happy with our chosen carpet. The fitters were skilled and good to deal with. This is the 3rd carpet we've bought from the shop in Tranent and we're very happy with the service and quality.

We bought our carpet from East Coast Carpets in Tranent. Brian came out to measure our stair and he brought carpet samples from the shop. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and managed to get us a time for our carpet to be fitted the next again day. The carpet fitter did a great job. I would highly recommend East Coast Carpets. The lady in the shop was very helpful.

I had Lino fitted in the kitchen to replace some badly fitted limo previously. I had problems trying to move my fridge freezer out, the guys that were fitting solved the problem for me, fitted the lino neatly, no air bubbles etc, very good job. Will use again

Brilliant service from the point of entering the shop to fitting. Over the past couple of years we have purchased carpets for three bedrooms, hall and stairs together with laminate flooring for the entrance hall. The quality of the flooring is fantastic. Superb customer service from Steven and Erica - we'll be back!

I had carpets fitted in my living room, bedroom and hall. Carpets are lovely and the initial customer service was good however the way my flat was left was not okay. Nails just left lying about. The cupboards in the hall where forgotten (simple mistake and was corrected) the cupboards that where done the carpet fitters had left a lot of glue sprayed up my freshly painted walls and skirtings, when asked to fix it they said they didn’t have the stuff in the van but would pop back at the end of the day - never did. There was a large lump in the carpet and when pulled back found 2 bits of wood with nails sticking out. Wouldn’t use again simply as the carpet fitters just didn’t take care/pride in the finished product.

Needed carpet fitted quickly for father's bedroom. Brian was very helpful and carpet was supplied and fitted within 4days. Very very happy with both quality of carpet and underlay. First class job regarding fitting and done very quickly at a very competitive price. Massive thanks to East Coast Carpets for their help and professionalism on all fronts. Will definately be using you business again and would recommend to anyone.

Bedroom carpet fitted, there was a large selection to choose from, excellent service from shop to carpet fitters, on time as promised & completed the job quickly, would definitely recommend to others & would use East Coast carpets again, very satisfied.

We had a new carpet fitted in the conservatory. Managed to get a great deal on the price with fitting and the staff within the shop were very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. The guys who fitted the carpet were great and professional. I will be back for a bedroom carpet very soon.

Can't say enough about this company. Really human approach and customer focussed. Came when arranged. Speedy service and made everything as smooth as possible. Top job. Loved that the guys chatted and laughed whilst they worked. Obviously happy. Super speedy and quality.

Very friendly carpet fitters. Professional and helpful.

Quality of this service was amazing. The installing time was crazy quick and both employees were really friendly. Before both Kraft they asked to look at the carpet to make sure I was happy with it which I was.
The reason I have selected a 4 for customer service & reliability was due to not being able to close the bedroom door and it wasn’t until I did some online research to find out that I needed to get a piece from the bottom of the door removed which wasn’t passed onto me. When I called the shop they informed me that I should had been informed but they couldn’t get someone out to me the same day to do this where I then had to pay for an external joiner out with the company to attend same day.

Apart from this issue I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone wanting a fast service, fantastic carpet and friendly staff attending.

East Coast carpets supplied and fitted new carpets in our Living room and Hall at the beginning of June. Our experience, from choosing through to fitting was excellent all the way through and I thoroughly recommend them. A special mention for the fitters, Jamie and Ian, who did a superb job quickly and professionally.

With the aid of the Prestonpans shop we chose all our carpets and floor coverings for the whole house... the staff's knowledge and assistance were excellent and they were able to answer any questions we had re fitting and future cleaning/maintenance. The fitters, Jamie and Ian worked their socks off to get everything done to the time schedule we had and their work couldn't be faulted.... and they even had a smile. Hats off to them! We were surprised as the prices were much lower than we had expected having used another well know carpet provider for many years. Glad we went local this time ! Would definitely recommend to others.

Went to east coast carpets initially to buy laminate flooring. Was shown Goliath thick cushioned lino. Tried this instead of the flooring. As we had water damage twice in the past this lino would solve the problem without having to renew the whole kitchen as we would just have roll back the lino and when everything had dried out roll the lino back in place. Lino fitted in no time and guys did an great job. Would use again and recommend.

The guys came and were curtious and professional all the time. Top quality of work done and the carpet was fitted in no time at all. Given advice on how to care and maintain the carpet. Top job.
