Went to Tranent shop and was served by Brian. The gentleman was absolutely fantastic. When the men turned up to do the work they where spot on with everything. I can not thank them enough for the amazing job they have done.

The East Coast Carpet company team at the Prestonpans store provided us with top quality customer and sales services, and included fair advice on the range of their current carpet selection. We had our flooring fitted promptly, and the two gentlemen that came to fit were very friendly & efficient.

We have now had carpets fitted in four rooms plus a landing and staircase and have been delighted with the services provided by East Coast Carpets every time. Every interaction has been positive, workers turning up when expected, phone calls returned when requested, guidance provided when selecting the carpets etc. The carpet fitting teams waste no time in getting started and don’t stop till the job’s finished ! I would definitely recommend East Coast Carpets and will use their services again in future.

This company are up there,amoungst the bigger guns,my wife&i got a great carpet,for living room,and lino for hallway,and really chuffed with the quality,i cant stop walking over carpet in my bare feet,its so soft.a truly quality carpet,and not to forget the under lay,that was great quality as well.and the carpet fitters where,pleasant,quick,and very efficent indeed,they laid carpet to a perfect fit,i used to live in edinburgh and everytime i got a carpet put down there was always a issue,either badly laid or cut to fit in unessesary areas.well done east lothian carpets.

We got parquet vinyl flooring throughout the downstairs of our house. Couldn’t be any happier with the product and service/installation. Will definitely use east coast again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Popped into the shop to get a idea on carpets. Managed to get a time for measuring so went ahead chose the carpet I liked the most. Came to the day of measuring and Brian brought the samples out to make sure it was what I was after. Got my price and day for fitting. From the booking to measuring to price and the fitting the service I received was second to none. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Carpets got fitted today and I'm absolutely over the moon, couldn't be happier. David and the lads who fitted were on time, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend to everyone that's looking for carpets. I will definitely be using again, thanks again guys, I love them❤️x

Steven and Erica were very friendly. helpful and professional, as were their fitters. We had a wee hitch with laminate , which was put right very quickly (our old floors to blame).

The fitters from East Coast Carpets did a fantastic job of my open staircase. Really made it a feature of my home! The price and quality of the carpet and underlay provided is excellent, as was the customer service from store staff. Having purchased carpets from three different providers since I moved in 6 months ago, I would certainly use the services of East Coast Carpets again. They have been the best to deal with and were 100% reliable. Can’t recommend them highly enough…I only wish I’d discovered them sooner!

Myself and my wife moved house on 30th November 2023, and we were looking to have carpets fitted in the house. East Coast Carpets were recommended to us by a friend. From the moment we went into their shop in Tranent, Brian provided excellent service. We told him the budget we had and Brian recommended the Lazio carpet which we wanted in our Living Room, Stair, Hall and both bedrooms. Brian himself came to the house to measure up. The carpets were fitted on the Monday prior to us moving in and the 2 fitters carried out a fantastic job. We have also had our kitchen and bathroom measured up and picked the vinyl and early in 2024 we will be using East Coast Carpets to do this job as well. I will definitely recommend this company to any of my family and friends in the future.

Steven and his team provided carpets and vinyl flooring for my daughter's new flat. Their advice on choices was really helpful, their willingness to fit their timetable in with her situation was wonderful and the quality of their work was fantastic. This is the third time I have used East Coast Carpets and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

All the things that companies used to be. Very helpful in choosing the carpet. Brian arrived at the prearranged time to do the estimate and was really helpful.
Stephen arranged the fittings to suit our decorating schedule and the carpets were laid as we completed each room. The carpet fitters were very friendly and did an excellent job. We will definitely use this company again.

I have recently moved home and I was looking for nice carpets in my new home. A friend of mine recommended East Coast Carpets so my wife and I went into their shop in Tranent. We found Brian to be extremely helpful and told him our budget range, the carpet Brian suggested was the Lazio which we really liked. Brian came to the house the following morning on time to measure up, and the carpets were laid in our living room, hall stair and main bedroom on Monday 27th November ahead of our moving in date on 30th November. The 2 guys who came out were very punctual, and really professional and they have carried out an amazing job. We are so happy with everything. Due to our budget we couldn't get flooring carried out in the whole house but we will be using East Coast to carpet the remaining bedroom and we will select flooring for our bathroom and kitchen as Brian measured up everything and all the sizes are on the system. Early in the new year I will get East Coast to cover the remaining rooms in our house and I will highly recommend them to other people
