Both the measuring of rooms and subsequent fitting were carried out on time with a phone call 30 minutes before the appropriate appointment time, this was reassuring.

No hesitation in using them again or recommending them to potential customers.

Swung by here to replace bathroom vinyl. Despite the small store they have loads of options, was quick, great value and the fitting guys were great [as we have some really awkward corners. Really happy and will be using again.

We have had an excellent experience with East Coast Carpets, a new vinyl floor in the kitchen and carpet in one bedroom. From the first visit for a measure up and quote, to understanding we wanted to wait over Christmas to commit, to booking in and the few hours of work to fit it all, we have been absolutely delighted. Helpful and friendly staff with a lot of experience and knowledge. And an incredible price point compared to other potential fitters. We would absolutely use them again for any future work.

I had my whole house fitted with laminate flooring/carpet on stairs/vinyl in bathrooms. I am absolutely thrilled with the beautiful work. Absolutely brilliant service received from start to finish. Great advice from Steven when choosing flooring with no pressure. As usual Steven and Erica steered us in the right direction with lots of good advice. Brian made all the correct measurements and the boys laid our beautiful vinyl professionally. They are the best team and we are so happy.

Had a great experience from browsing, getting advice, purchasing, organising fitting and then the installation of my new floor.
There was no pressure to buy when I was browsing in the shop only great advice.
The Joiner doing the installation was fantastic and left my house immaculate.

An excellent service from start to finish for our laminate flooring. We received a prompt measuring up visit, good advice in the shop, the product is great and the price was very fair.
Any queries were quickly answered by the owner and our fitter/joiner did a meticulous job.

An excellent service from start to completion. Knowledge of products and compatibility were a great help when selecting the carpets and vinyl for our rooms. The price for the complete job was excellent. The fitting team were on time and completed the job in a quick and timely manner while tidying up after themselves.
All in all I can't recommend this company highly enough.
