I contacted Derek on a Friday as we were not getting any TV reception. He came out the following monday as arranged and told me that our aerial needed replaced. He gave me a quote there and then that I was happy with. He did the job, tidied up and retuned the TV. Such a pleasure to get first rate service. Recommended.

I called the trader in regard to a television reception/aerial problem and he came to my home the following morning, 15 minutes before the agreed time. He quickly identified the source of the trouble (20 years cabling and aerial) and, after some 2 hours work - largely spent on the roof - had restored the set, by dint of new cabling and aerial to, I would say, much better reception. His courtesy and manner were altogether pleasant, as was his honesty because I, initially, handed him too much cash. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his service to anyone experiencing similar difficulties.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by East Coast Aerials. Our TV aerial was damaged by the recent storms. Within hours of my phone call, Derek and Tom had assessed the damage, given us a quote, which we accepted gladly, and installed a new aerial and mast. We are more than pleased.
