I reported the door lock fault as an emergency late in the day. The locksmith came and made a temporary fix until the full repair was possible. This was an excellent solution for us. A few days later when parts arrived the locksmiths came and made an excellent permanent repair/replacement/upgrade. Delighted with the speed and quality of the work.

We contacted Graham at Claymore because our front door lock was broken. He arrived within an hour and did a superb job of fixing the very old door. He also adjusted the stiff locks on our new patio doors.
Graham has since fitted additional security locks etc - all of which have been done to a high and professional standard.

Quick response to our request for assistance with a door handle issue. Once they had sourced the correct part, they fitted the new handle swiftly and efficiently. Took over two weeks to get the invoice but otherwise excellent service.

Replacement of three locks, fitting of a mortice lock. The work was done to a high standard, in good time, with little mess created. The locksmith who attended was polite, pleasant and worked very efficiently, clearing up after himself when finished. I would certainly recommend their service to others.

We locked ourselves out of our house on Christmas Eve. I contacted several companies with no success. When I phoned Claymore the locksmith answered immediately and although he was travelling in the opposite direction he turned back and was with us within 30 minutes. Although it was very challenging he gained access and we were back in the house within 15 minutes. Efficient friendly service. Would recommend.

Phoned this morning as the barrel on my pvc door was broken. Graham answered and said it wouldn't be a problem he would be out to us in the afternoon. He's just been, done a great job. Really quick helpful and cheerful. Great company and great locksmiths.
