He was knowledgeable, helpful, very fairly priced, punctual and extremely thorough and professional when he carried out our carpet cleaning. Alex explained clearly what he felt was achievable for both a white, but stained, carpet and a stained suite. His quote for those, several other rooms and the stairs/landing was very reasonable. He arrived on time, worked assiduously and I am extremely pleased with the results. Will use him again and recommend to others. First class work.
