Excellent service.

Replaced old for new immersion heater tank. Although old tank was still heating water it is vastly improved both in hotter water and cheaper heating costs for a tank of water.
New tank replaces an older type of water tank with an expansion tank on top which over the years has been prone to leaking. It was 28 years old so I felt it was the right time to retire the cylinder and replace it with a more modern and a more economic model.
Kinnaird plumbing carried out the work quickly and tidily I have no regrets letting this company carry out the work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for any plumbing work done.

Our boiler was playing up and over 10yrs old. Rubicer serviced it last year and warned at the time it was nearing its last legs, and in October 24 it demised. Not sure whether a repair or renewal was the best way forward the guys came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Costs were provided, a wee bit of negotiation and we went ahead with a renewal. No messing about and within a week a new modern boiler was installed at a fair cost. Rubicer have good trades guys, respectful of your property and we are very happy with both the purchase warranty and their service.

We arranged for our village war memorial to be repainted. It was a couple of weeks before Remembrance Day that we contacted them and we thought it unlikely they would manage to do the work before the parade. However, there’s still a few days to go and the job is complete. Thanks.
