Our boiler was playing up and over 10yrs old. Rubicer serviced it last year and warned at the time it was nearing its last legs, and in October 24 it demised. Not sure whether a repair or renewal was the best way forward the guys came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Costs were provided, a wee bit of negotiation and we went ahead with a renewal. No messing about and within a week a new modern boiler was installed at a fair cost. Rubicer have good trades guys, respectful of your property and we are very happy with both the purchase warranty and their service.

I had a new Combi Boiler fitted as well as a new radiator & mixer tap for my bathroom. The work was done within a day, with everything left tidied up and quality of service and product are great. Got a run through of the operation of the Ideal Controller too before the workers finished up which was also a great help. Would happily use Rubicer again and recommend them to anyone else.

After a few timer wasters we had been a whole month without hot water, we decided to give Rubicer a call and they couldn't be more willing to help and get us back up and running in short term while they drew us up a quote for a new boiler. Within a few days we had our quote and the very next day the new boiler was fitted. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work, friendly helpful and great quality of work!

We got a new combi boiler fitted from Rui and his team. Like most people I'm not a fan of having workmen in the house but honestly this was the best experience I've ever had.
The guys were so friendly and when a problem was encountered Rui's answer was no problems only solutions and this really made me feel reassured and the problem was solved quickly. Once work was done they all cleaned up and even vacuumed you would never had known that 5 men had been in doing work that day.
When calling or going into the office Shana and Vicki are really good and make you feel like part of the rubicer family. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this company again.

Rubicer Scotland designed and fitted a new kitchen, utility and created a new cloakroom toilet for us. The service from first point of contact to the workmanship provided was absolutely second to none! Nothing was any problem for them, beginning with Shanna who designed and costed everything with patience and excellent knowledge, to Rui and his team who completed the work, they were excellent, first class workmanship and incredibly flexible when I changed things too. We would highly recommend Rubicer, for service, price, attention to detail, excellent work completed to the highest spec. We would never use anyone else again.

We have recently had a new bathroom installed by Rubicer. From the very first meeting in the showroom with Shanna we were given a warm welcome & we’re impressed with her knowledge & professionalism. With Rubicers extensive range of products it was difficult to choose but we were patiently guided through & advised at each stage, & after quite a few hours discussion our plans for our new bathroom were formed.
The installation started on the day we were given & wow what a team of tradesmen we got, they were fantastic. At every step along the way we were consulted regarding different aspects of the job, even the positioning of the toilet roll holder! They were so friendly to have in the house & their workmanship was first class. At the end of the job everything was left spotless including my hall carpet being hoovered. I am now the proud owner of a stunning bathroom, thank you Shanna Rui & team.

From start to finish everything was exceptional.I must say I have never had such clean workman.Arrived first day and covered my staircase with polythene so as not to damage my carpet.Every evening when finishing cleaned and hoovered up .The workmen were friendly and nothing was a problem Even when we discovered a leak in the roof .It was quickly dealt with by contacting a roofer and was fixed within 30 minutes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rubicer for any work as everything was carried out to a very high standard.

New boiler fitted, great friendly service provided, contacted Rubicer late on the Friday, attended on the Saturday and new boiler fitted on the Thursday morning. Couldn't ask for a speedier service, will definitely use their services again and no hesitation to recommend to others.
