Maskame & Tait Ltd are a joinery and construction services provider based in Peterhead in North East Scotland.
Established in 1991 as a joinery partnership by Gary Maskame and David Tait to build two sheds, the company has now grown to employ 20 people across various construction trades (joinery, building, painting, and decorating). Working with our network of established sub-contractors, we provide an all-trade responsive maintenance and project delivery service for our clients across a wide range of sectors from Housing, Commercial, Private Domestic, Marine, and Local Authority works across the North East of Scotland.
In addition to our field services, we also have a workshop at our premises in Peterhead where we manufacture timber doors, windows, and bespoke joinery products to order for our clients.

The Association has worked with Maskame and Tait on many different jobs. From day-to-day maintenance to more complex jobs such as manufacturing and installing patio doors. They always deliver a high-quality job at a reasonable price. They will go out of their way to help our tenants and accommodate access requirements. I would highly recommend them to any prospective customers

Site concrete works and office refurbishment - Building of additional work space. Very professional service from start to finish, excellent safety culture. Scott and his whole team were excellent. Last minute repairs or requests have been no issue - with someone attending usually on the same day.
