A range of jobs - repoint part of wall which was causing water ingress, replace garage door and side panels (paint both to match existing), plus replace garage fascia - great standard. Would use again.

I have routine work done repairing the roof and cleaning out gutters. Recently, I also have had work completed involving removing a section of the roof tiles and fitting in new sections of lead to roof valleys and re-haunching the chimney. All of the work the firm do is very well executed and they discuss everything properly and produce photographs of the work before and after completion.

I use John G Baird's services annually to check my roof and clear gutters. They are reliable and, in the 10 years + of using them, have had no leaks/ issues.
I used them in a previous property for repairs and found their work to be excellent, and at a reasonable cost.

Over the years I’ve had various work completed on two granite properties in Aberdeen by John G Baird. The work included roof and slate repairs, testing and maintenance of rainwater goods and general pointing throughout.
The workmen are very confident and able in their trade. I have been very satisfied with every job and have no hesitation in recommending them.
