I have used Diamond Sweeps for many years and recommended him to others as I am very happy with his work. He is very reliable and trustworthy and if something is identified as needing to be fixed, this has been done there and then, which is very helpful.

John has swept our chimneys for several years now and provides an excellent and reliable service. This year he also installed a replacement wood stove in one of our cottages. He managed to fit us in at short notice when the cottage was empty between tenants.

Over the past couple of years we have used Diamond Chimney Sweeps 4 times. Firstly to have our large open fire place which has 3 x 12" flues. This was carried out very professionally with no mess whatsoever, More recently we had the company come in to investigate why smoke was coming into the house when the lounge fire was used. This was quickly resolved and the leakage area sealed.

Latterly, the company resolved a problem I had with a log burner not drawing correctly. It only took one phone call giving me instructions as to what I needed to do to get the fire working as it should.

All work carried out by Diamond Chimney Sweeps has been carried out to a very high standard and I am well pleased with them. I have booked them for April 2025 for my annual chimney sweeps.

John comes twice a year . He sweeps 1out of three chimneys as we use that the most.The chimneys are approx 17 metres high. John is extremely trustworthy and also doesn’t mind my 3 dogs.

Their work is carried out in a tidy and efficient manner with literally no mess left behind. CCTV Inspection of the Chimneys can be carried out if needed. They also supply and fit Carbon Monoxide Alarms and check ventilation is up to current regulations. John will always return your emails or messages so you can plan for his visit. Have used John and Diamond Sweeps for two years for all the Estate's chimneys and have been delighted and impressed with his services. John made sure that camera footage was obtained for our more challenging chimneys on the castle which was very informative. He highlighted one chimney and hearth which was in particularly bad shape and needed urgent rectification. This is clearly a very experienced and qualified sweep indeed who provides excellent technical knowledge, great value for money, is reliable and a thoroughly nice chap as well. I've already booked him in for two days in 2025 and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a quality chimney sweep.
