Supply and fit of a new bathroom extractor fan and replace a ceiling light fitting back to a pendant style fitting. Excellent service from both their office and electrician. The biggest bonus, they actually replied very promptly to my initial enquiry. We are so pleased with the service that they are coming back to do more work.

Tenement stair lighting replacement: Boyter were excellent from start to finish.
They were the only company of several who quoted to offer what we wanted: sensor lighting. Charged half the price of other companies and have done an excellent job. Communication was superb throughout and they were very flexible with timings and getting the work done. The sensor lights look lovely, are super-bright and come on instantly when you go anywhere near them. A much more environmentally friendly option than the constant lighting on timers plus they go on during the day (when timed lights don't) which is great in our often dull stairwell.

Since January 2016 we have employed the services of Boyter Electrical services on a number of projects from rewiring a small 30-seater restaurant, to upgrading the electrical installation within a 5* hotel environment, along-with general day-to-day maintenance and annual PAT testing.

Boyter replaced our old stair lighting with LED and motion sensors. The engineers were polite, quick and clean and on request came back two days later to set the timers for a longer period. Feedback from the other flats in the stair has been very positive.

Really delighted with the work that Chris and Jamie did on our home (made trickier by our light fixtures and power points being 4.5 metres off the ground)! The work was completed to a very high standard and they were such great company.

We had our tenement stair lighting replaced as the old timer was broken. We were advised to have motion sensor LED lights which were more efficient and economical. Very pleased with the results as lights bright and only come on when needed. All communication with Boyter was helpful and friendly and they arrived on time and got the job done very quickly. I'd use them again and would recommend them.

Scheduling was a bit slow, but electrician arrived on time and completed work in an efficient manner. Very happy with the work carried out.

Fuse box had to be replaced to install RCD protection, subsequently they replaced a bathroom fan and light. Provided them with keys to the property and they got on with it. Courteous and polite throughout with clear quote for work. Would use again in future if required

Boyter put up a new light fitting for me in the hall. Communication to arrange the work was very efficient and professional. The tradesmen was friendly and helpful, completing the job quickly and effortlessly.
