Had our bathroom fully refurbished. The work was carried out in one week from start to finish. All the tradesmen were excellent making sure that there was no mess and the work completed to a high standard. The work was overseen by Gary at every stage. It has now been a few months since completion and we have had no issues which for building work nowadays, in my opinion, is quite something. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Overall a 5 Star service from initial conversations and design through to professional and co-ordinated installation.
No hesitation in recommending and will use again.
On value for money that is possibly indicative of the climate we are in with supply chain issues and a move away from traditional discounts on certain items.

Complete refit of bathroom, new bath, replumbed and relocated shower, consealed cistern and new toilet, panelled ceiling, new spots, walls and floor tiles. Absolutely delighted with all the work. All the tradesmen were a pleasure to have in the house and were very clean and tidy. Even the rubbish clearance left the outside off the house immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Installation of french doors, new windows, kitchen and wall removed between kitchen and dining room. All work carried out to a very high standard. Would certainly recommend Venus home improvements.

Gary and the team were brilliant throughout the renovation of our 2 bathrooms! Prior to starting Gary kept in contact which was great! When the work started the team were here on time at 8am everyday and always tidied up before leaving! The whole renovation ran like clockwork and we are super happy with our completed bathrooms which were excellent value for money! Will definitely be recommending Gary and the team to friends and family if they are needing work done in the future!

I had a handful of minor bathroom issues covering cistern, basin and shower which were selectively dripping/leaking/loose/jammed plus iffy sealant. Everything was fixed in about 48 hours of first contact with Venus. Steven was punctual, polite and tidied up afterwards, and I'm happy with the quality of work.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Gary and his team completed in my bathroom. Everything was exactly as specified and completed on time, to the highest standard. I have a really small bathroom which was a challenging space but nothing was too much trouble. The finished product is even better than I hoped for and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Gary and his team did outstanding work on my cloakroom. Men always on time on required days and we’re pleasant to have in my home. All of them cleared up after each job. Gary and his team have done an outstanding job with our kitchen! They stripped it back to the brick and built it back up into a lovely space in our home.

Complete bathroom replacement carried out over a week. Each stage from plumbing, tiling, joiner & electrician was timed perfectly and each tradesman did an excellent job, to a very high standard. I can happily say this has been the most professional service I’ve ever had with a renovation.
I live overseas and the flat needed to be completely modernised - furniture removed, kitchen removed, floor covering removed, wall removed, an existing doorway closed off, new kitchen installed, gas central heating & new boiler installed, floors boarded for new floor coverings, replanted, painted, rewired and the list goes on!
Gary came recommended to me and from the very beginning, he has been fantastic. He really listened to what I had envisaged, advised on the practicalities of changes, and kept in close contact by sending photo samples of products to choose from and the work as it progressed.

1st class job from when we chose and ordered the kitchen, planning was very easy with lots of good ideas given , stripping of the kitchen and disposal of all units and appliances was included and the place outside and in was left spotless. The kitchen itself is beautiful with great workmanship and attention to detail . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone .

Gary and the team have been fantastic since the initial survey to the finished bathroom. Gary kept in touch right through the refit. All rubbish was taken away and the lads even hoovered up after themselves. Absolutely delighted with the bathroom. Looks amazing.

Venus Home Improvements were recommended to me and I’d happily recommend them to anyone. I got a new kitchen and bathroom at the same time so no small job. Everything was well communicated and done in a timely manner right from requesting a quotation. The standard of workmanship is the highest standard, with good attention to detail and a lot of creativity. Also every person who was on the job was professional and friendly and happy to answer questions. I changed a couple of details during the job and nothing was too much trouble. All in all I’d definitely use them again.

We renovated our bathroom, which was 50 years old. The process from start to finish was excellent. Gary took on board our requirements and returned with the perfect solution and fittings. The time taken was swift, and Gary's team were polite, skilled and tidy.
