We aim to offer the best service and advice we possibly can for all our customers. We cover all heating related jobs from full heating systems, boiler replacements and service & repair.

Annual boiler service of the boiler fitted a couple of years ago by McQueen Heating. It was the trusted trader status that led me to David when we needed advice on old boiler and his work was superb. He identified and then sorted a couple of “shortcuts” taken by a previous boiler fitter too. He is excellent.

I have used McQueen Heating over the years to upgrade the central heating in my house (new boiler, new radiators etc). Prices are always competitive and David & Sean are very knowledgable, reliable and hard working. Would highly recommend them!

Charged £60 for not fixing the issue. Will never use again, the problem was an electrical issue but the engineer couldn’t fix.

He keeps you informed, turns up when he says he will, gets stuck in with no messing about and tidies up after the job is done. He and Sean installed a new boiler for me and were finished and gone by 12.30. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough

New boiler and flue fitted. Very professional and exacting trader. Carried the work out in the timescale he estimated. I felt every confidence about the work being done well from our first meeting to the finished job. Was sensitive to our needs while he was carrying out the job ( eg no loud music ) He deserves the title Trustedtrader and would have every confidence in recommending his company to others.

Excellent job on our flue
We then off our own accord invoiced you a reduced rate of £50+vat as you had mistakenly contacted the wrong trade, we opened the boiler and checked all internal components also while there. Unfortunately we cant sustain a business on working for free and a charge was more than applicable in this situation. You offered to pay us £30 which proves you felt you had to pay something for the visit.
We realise this isn't a reflection of us as a business with this being our first negative review in 3 years of trading, hopefully its our last time going through this experience.
