Thanks to the team at Impact Glasgow for remodelling my very awkward kitchen, into a usable, sleek space. The guys were hard working and polite and and easy to share my home with during this time!

Impact Glasgow completed a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my home. The process was seamless and after Martyn completed his initial survey, he was able to send the schedule of works over in good time. Impact also supported with the design of the kitchen and bathroom and brought all materials to site. They also arranged for the waste to be disposed of, so I didn’t have to lift a finger.

The final result is amazing, and I am very happy with the professionalism of the customer service provided. Keira in the office kept me up to date with the project regularly and was easy to get hold of when I had any questions. Craig, the supervisor on site, was great to work with and kept me up to date daily. I would definitely recommend Impact Glasgow to anyone looking to get work done.

Thank you Impact Glasgow for the work done in our kitchen. Craig came and told us that we did have a leak and as we knew the pipes were new in the 80's and not only just a leak but we also knew that the cupboard was rotten with the water so also needed to be replaced. I was kept in the loop by Keira in the office and Craig came and fitted new pipes an new taps and new cupboard, he did not leave a mess, he was a nice young man, polite to us a couple of older people unlike some who treat older people like idiots. If we ever need a Impact Glasgow again we will certainly get them to do the work. Thank You All at Impact Glasgow.

Our old kitchen was removed and the new kitchen installed by the Impact team. We were very pleased with the final result and both Martyn and his team were very pleasant to deal with.

Our only criticism is that we felt the work could have been completed more efficiently, although the delays are perhaps understandable with the lifting of lockdown in May and the numerous other projects Impact were committed to.

The finished kitchen is a pleasure to spend time in and we were very impressed with Impact's customer service and the quality of their work, as well as their attention to detail.

A visit by a plumber to inspect water ingress and to tell me what work would have to be carried out which had an initial price of £140 call out charge.
The plumber suggested all possibilities including removing the toilet and lifting floorboards as a first step.
After his visit I was sent a price for the job of £560 + vat including the call out charge but the water leak dried up so further work wasn’t needed.
I requested a discount on the call out charge and was given a 40% discount.
This gesture was greatly appreciated.

I had a leaking kitchen sink and Impact sent out a plumber immediately. They did timely, good quality work and everything was explained thoroughly.

Martyn at Impact Glasgow runs a team of conscientious, courteous and reliable tradesmen, which is supplemented by a broader network of professionals with expertise in different areas.

The team recently installed a new bathroom wash hand basin and also helped advise on fitting of an electric induction hob. Always accommodating, always helpful.

I contacted Martyn to find out about having a cracked bathroom sink replaced. Impact Bathrooms supplied and fitted the sink, vanity unit and tap. He managed to find a replacement which was exactly like the damaged unit. His team came to remove and install the unit. Arrived when they said they would and the job was done within two hours. Left my bathroom spotless and they were polite and professional. They took away the old unit for a small fee. Totally worth it because it saves me the hassle of organising this myself. I'd definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Martyn and his team are super friendly and they got the job done really quickly. Two plugs, toilet flush and leaking tap all fixed in an hour to a high standard. Really pleased and good price, definitely recommend to anyone ❤️❤️

Got radiators replaced, and what a great job Craig from Impact Glasgow did. Nothing seemed a bother to him he just came in and got on with the job and even cleaned up after himself.

We had a pretty major leak in our bathroom going down to the flat below. Martyn came swiftly by, assessed the issue and got his team out the next day to not only address the problem with our flat but also the flat below as well.
Working from home with 2 young kids during the Covid 19 lockdown his team were friendly, detailed, and efficient. Martyn always made himself available to set my mind at ease when I was having moments of stress
The job was a major re-fit of all the plumbing in our Tenement flat; tiled flooring had to be removed, insulation between the flats replaced, a substantial amount of wall tiles taken down, the partition wall stripped then re-plastered also fixes to joists and flooring. The bathroom is back looking identical if not better than it was before. The team (especially Craig) were great and left the Flat at the end of the day clean and safe.

We called Impact after a leak in our bathroom during the first weeks of lockdown. Martyn came out several times to advise on the best course of action (including evenings and Sundays) until it became clear that major work was unavoidable.
During the work, Martyn was in constant contact with us about the progress of the work (I'm going to miss our chats to be honest!) and was honest with us about some further works required for safety. He's been just as invested in our bathroom as we have, from advice on tiling schemes, to standing in the middle of topps tiles sending us pictures of grout colours! Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Every single bit of work needed was arranged and scheduled by Impact, which took a weight off our minds during a stressful time. All the work done was completed to a very high standard, and every single person working in the flat was polite, tidy, and happy to answer our multitude of questions! I feel like all the things I hated about my bathroom have been put right now, and I'm delighted with the end result. Thanks Impact!
