Excellent service from the Impact Glasgow team. Sabrina from the first phone call, Martyn to discuss our issues through to Callum the plumber on site. Everything went well and our bathroom leak was investigated, traced and sorted within an hour. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Martyn and Sabrina did a fantastic job with my bathroom! They took on a big job renovating and repairing my bathroom after a water ingress from a neighbour. Their communication and quality of work is second to none! Great work from them and I'll go back again if I need further work.

Work was done to a good standard and the fitters were always very professional. Very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend.

I called Impact when I had a water leak underneath my bath which had flooded the room below. Calum the plumber attended quickly, and located and dealt with the source of the leak, being very careful to cause as little damage as possible when doing so. This is the third time I have used Impact, and would highly recommend them.

Very professional experience with Impact. Once the Statement of Work had been drawn up, the Project Manager - Martyn - visited to give an outline of everything required, the timescales and what to expect when the work was being done before we agreed.
We were supplied with constant updates throughout the project by Martyn and looking at other reviews this seems to be the level of professionalism everyone else has experienced too. Can't recommend highly enough

From our very first meeting with Martyn, we knew that we were in safe hands. All the Impact staff were polite, professional, and most importantly excellent tradesmen.

Anyone who has ever undertaken the task of renovating a tenement flat will know that it can be a bit of a voyage into the unknown, Having Impact on the job gave us the confidence that no matter what we uncovered they would be able to bring it back up to standard and leave the finish we wanted.

Impact really did go above and beyond to finish what I would politely describe as 'challenging' project, not least because we were still living in the flat for much of the time.

I would 100% use Impact again and have actively been recommending them to anyone I know who is thinking about getting work done.

Excellent difficult repair to leak in central heating pipe. Laminate floor lifted carefully and replaced perfectly. Small patch cut in wall plaster then filled very neatly. Not cheap but top quality service and standard. I would use again.

Martyn and his team have been nothing other than excellent. In the summer the Hampden Bowling Club Roof was damaged during storms and Martyn's team came out straight away. Their help has been fantastic and securing the roof from further damage. Professional, courteous, on time, clean, tidy, and constant communication in our hour of need. We have used impact for 2 jobs now at Cathcart Castle GC. First class service, very reasonable cost and excellent quality of work, and will use at the Club again in the future. Due to quality of work at CCGC also used them for plumbing repair at home.
