A leak in our bathroom prompted contact with Impact. Impact attended quickly to provide a temporary repair and provided me with options for a permanent repair. All of the staff have been incredible and willing to answer any and all questions I had during the process and kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way. Definitely would be using again and would recommend

I had a leak in one of my bathrooms which was spreading under the flooring. I looked online for a local company and came across Impact Glasgow who's head office is not far from my house. They sent a plumber out who not only found the issue quickly and resolved, he found what would have been a second (and worse) issue down the line and rectified that too. The job was done quickly and professionally and I will have no hesitation on using Impact again in the future.

Had ceiling lowered and flooring fitted and Impact did a great job. All tradesmen worked well. Was given a project manager who oversaw all work and was also kept up to date with progress by daily email.

Impact Glasgow did a great job replacing the sink and leaking pipes in our bathroom. They were very helpful and the end result is perfect.

I had what became a back to brick refurbishment on my 1890 tenement bathroom. I had known the floor wasn't level before we started but the state of the walls only became apparent when the tiling and plaster were removed.

As the works were more involved than expected, the timeframe also extended and in the end the work took 7 weeks. While this was quite disruptive, I appreciated that the chaps started my job as early as they could and therefore they were fitting in my project alongside others - all in all the works were finished before I had originally hoped for when searching out quotes.

Martyn and the team were quick to respond when I had queries or concerns. They made sure I had continued and safe access to my toilet throughout. After the works were completed, there were a couple of tiny snagging issues. These were addressed very quickly.

It's a pleasure to enjoy my new bathroom, which comprises bath with mixer shower and screen, toilet and pedestal sink, finished in slate-effect tiles, white wall paint and Scandi-wood effect LVT tiles.

Impact came and sourced a leak in our bathroom which had caused extensive damage we couldn't see.
They quickly located and stopped the leak and made the area safe (replacing damaged floor boards etc)
We chose Impact to carry out the further repairs needed and to upgrade other aspects of the bathroom in the process.
They were extremely communicative throughout the process. Jen in the office provided us with a progress report every day and was always at the end of the line if we had questions.
The whole team were really friendly and respectful, always leaving the place tidy and organised at the end of every day. They carried out all the work to a very high standard and communicated with us every step of the way.
Impact were able to sort all tradesmen required from plumbers to plasterers meaning we didn't need to worry about dealing with any other parties.
Impact are not one of the lower budget companies out there but assure long term value in the quality of the work. They have been really helpful with any teething issues to make sure we are completely happy with the work. Will definitely use them again

Impact Glasgow were recommended by a friend when we recently experienced a leak on our flat roof. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly, and Impact undertook a roof inspection and got a temporary fix in place speedily. They have since replaced some of the slates above our flat roof, along with replacing damaged flashing, siliconing around the window, and also realigning our gutter.I was highly impressed by my experience overall: the work was completed to my satisfaction, the team were professional and polite, and I was very happy with their workmanship.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Impact Glasgow or in using them again in the future.

We absolutely love our garage conversion - a studio with an attached bathroom delivered by Impact. This was our first building project, and I'm extremely pleased with the results, all thanks to the efforts put in by the Impact team - they've truly made an impact!

We had a detached garage which we used for storing our bikes, but we always felt that we could put it to better use. We knew that a conversion would be a massive undertaking with arranging supply of running water, electricity, and drainage. Therefore, we sought a certified builder who could deliver a project up to building standards. I wanted to be involved in each stage of the project, from choosing materials to designing and specifying details. Since I lacked knowledge in this field, I wanted the builder to guide me throughout these decisions. After consulting with several building firms, we ultimately chose Impact for this project.

I took this project as a personal interest with input into the design, choosing fittings and material for the studio. Impact was readily available at every stage of the project, and I am grateful that they listened to my plans, even overruling some of my proposals. They handled it brilliantly, explaining things without making me feel that I’ve no clue what I’m talking about.

In the end, it took three times longer than expected and cost more than twice the budget I had initially planned. You might be wondering why I still rate them 5 stars. Building projects are unpredictable - you never know what's hidden behind a plastered wall or beneath a concrete floor. The only way to find out is by stripping the plaster and digging into the concrete. In a project of this scale, you're bound to encounter unexpected surprises that will throw you off, which is why you need a builder like Impact who will stand by you when the going gets tough.

We opted for a much higher specification of insulation for the building, significantly increasing the budget. However, we made this choice with the building's sustainability in mind.

To sum it up, if we were to embark on this project again, we may make one or two modifications in the plans. However, would we change the builder? No way - we wouldn't do this without Impact.

I had a 20+ radiator system flushed out at a third less expensive than a quote from another company AND they did it properly to a standard way beyond my past experience of the other company.

Excellent service from the Impact Glasgow team. Sabrina from the first phone call, Martyn to discuss our issues through to Callum the plumber on site. Everything went well and our bathroom leak was investigated, traced and sorted within an hour. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I called Impact when I had a water leak underneath my bath which had flooded the room below. Calum the plumber attended quickly, and located and dealt with the source of the leak, being very careful to cause as little damage as possible when doing so. Electric shower replacement - very professional and helpful service.

From our very first meeting with Martyn, we knew that we were in safe hands. All the Impact staff were polite, professional, and most importantly excellent tradesmen.

Anyone who has ever undertaken the task of renovating a tenement flat will know that it can be a bit of a voyage into the unknown, Having Impact on the job gave us the confidence that no matter what we uncovered they would be able to bring it back up to standard and leave the finish we wanted.

Impact really did go above and beyond to finish what I would politely describe as 'challenging' project, not least because we were still living in the flat for much of the time.

I would 100% use Impact again and have actively been recommending them to anyone I know who is thinking about getting work done.

Excellent difficult repair to leak in central heating pipe. Laminate floor lifted carefully and replaced perfectly. Small patch cut in wall plaster then filled very neatly. Not cheap but top quality service and standard. I would use again.

Martyn and his team have been nothing other than excellent. In the summer the Hampden Bowling Club Roof was damaged during storms and Martyn's team came out straight away. Their help has been fantastic and securing the roof from further damage. Professional, courteous, on time, clean, tidy, and constant communication in our hour of need. Our boiler was dangerously old and in need of replacement and Impact made it so easy for us. The initial chat was clear and reassuring, we were given all the information we would need and the installation was quick and efficient. I’m very happy with the aftercare and delighted with our new boiler and smart timer.

Our house needed a variety of jobs attended to (including the installation of a new wet room) after being rented out for a couple of years. We are based oversees and due to COVID travel restrictions were unable to return to the UK to oversee the project. Martyn coordinated everything for us and ensured that the house was kept safe and secure. We’d happily recommend his services to others.

Organising work for aged parents at a distance is usually a complete nightmare. However having discovered Impact Glasgow I can say that they were fantastic: extremely professional and very very reliable. The work done was emergency repair work to damage which my Dad had just ignored because of Covid. When I finally could get over to visit I had to take quick action. Impact Glasgow appreciated that I was only in the UK for a short time, and Mr. Orr made time in his busy schedule to specially come out.
This was short term emergency measures prior to main work still to come. It concerned:
1. Fixing a leak from a shower cabinet from the upstairs bathroom which had caused a lot of damage in the downstairs bathroom.
2. Exposing and raising a hidden trap we did not know about under driveway paving stones.
I was able to go back home in the full confidence that the emergency work would be completed.
Permanent solutions (new shower systems and bathroom mods) are now being planned, and I have every confidence that Impact Glasgow will carry out the work to a high standard.

Excellent professional service - both administratively and technically.

Impact Glasgow completed a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my home. The process was seamless and after Martyn completed his initial survey, he was able to send the schedule of works over in good time. Impact also supported with the design of the kitchen and bathroom and brought all materials to site. They also arranged for the waste to be disposed of, so I didn’t have to lift a finger.

The final result is amazing, and I am very happy with the professionalism of the customer service provided. Keira in the office kept me up to date with the project regularly and was easy to get hold of when I had any questions. Craig, the supervisor on site, was great to work with and kept me up to date daily. I would definitely recommend Impact Glasgow to anyone looking to get work done.

Thank you Impact Glasgow for the work done in our kitchen. Craig came and told us that we did have a leak and as we knew the pipes were new in the 80's and not only just a leak but we also knew that the cupboard was rotten with the water so also needed to be replaced. I was kept in the loop by Keira in the office and Craig came and fitted new pipes an new taps and new cupboard, he did not leave a mess, he was a nice young man, polite to us a couple of older people unlike some who treat older people like idiots. Our old kitchen was removed and the new kitchen installed by the Impact team. We were very pleased with the final result and both Martyn and his team were very pleasant to deal with.

Our only criticism is that we felt the work could have been completed more efficiently, although the delays are perhaps understandable with the lifting of lockdown in May and the numerous other projects Impact were committed to.

The finished kitchen is a pleasure to spend time in and we were very impressed with Impact's customer service and the quality of their work, as well as their attention to detail.

A visit by a plumber to inspect water ingress and to tell me what work would have to be carried out which had an initial price of £140 call out charge.
The plumber suggested all possibilities including removing the toilet and lifting floorboards as a first step.
After his visit I was sent a price for the job of £560 + vat including the call out charge but the water leak dried up so further work wasn’t needed.
I requested a discount on the call out charge and was given a 40% discount.
This gesture was greatly appreciated.

I had a leaking kitchen sink and Impact sent out a plumber immediately. They did timely, good quality work and everything was explained thoroughly.

I contacted Martyn to find out about having a cracked bathroom sink replaced. Impact Bathrooms supplied and fitted the sink, vanity unit and tap. He managed to find a replacement which was exactly like the damaged unit. His team came to remove and install the unit. Arrived when they said they would and the job was done within two hours. Left my bathroom spotless and they were polite and professional. They took away the old unit for a small fee. Totally worth it because it saves me the hassle of organising this myself. We had a pretty major leak in our bathroom going down to the flat below. Martyn came swiftly by, assessed the issue and got his team out the next day to not only address the problem with our flat but also the flat below as well.
Working from home with 2 young kids during the Covid 19 lockdown his team were friendly, detailed, and efficient. Martyn always made himself available to set my mind at ease when I was having moments of stress
The job was a major re-fit of all the plumbing in our Tenement flat; tiled flooring had to be removed, insulation between the flats replaced, a substantial amount of wall tiles taken down, the partition wall stripped then re-plastered also fixes to joists and flooring. The bathroom is back looking identical if not better than it was before. The team (especially Craig) were great and left the Flat at the end of the day clean and safe.

We called Impact after a leak in our bathroom during the first weeks of lockdown. Martyn came out several times to advise on the best course of action (including evenings and Sundays) until it became clear that major work was unavoidable.
During the work, Martyn was in constant contact with us about the progress of the work (I'm going to miss our chats to be honest!) and was honest with us about some further works required for safety. He's been just as invested in our bathroom as we have, from advice on tiling schemes, to standing in the middle of topps tiles sending us pictures of grout colours! Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Quick and responsive service from Martyn and others to do a big repair of an old pipe in my cottage flat that had caused damage to the flat downstairs and to fit a full new bathroom.
