The two ladies in the office on my initial first contact were very professional and friendly. They addressed my first contact efficiently while informing me of timescales and cost while being so nice but very knowledgeable about my predicament. Work carried out by bodyshop was first class and could not have been happier with level of workmanship and information on timescale.
Work completed in timeframe given and price for work also on point. The staff on front desk made the process so good, I would only thing of this company again if needed, for myself or anyone I meet who may need work done the same as myself. Very professional while being friendly. 5* service.

I arrived at Gordon Cooley and was greeted by Fiona at reception, she is great and a real asset to the business. An immediate quote was done by Chris and confirmed to me within the hour in writing. I persuaded the insurer to use Gordon Cooley, instead of the one that they wanted to use. My car was duly collected and returned to me in under 2 days.

Very helpful from start to finish. The price for labour was fair and the staff at reception couldn't have done more to ensure that the car was repaired to the timescales I required.

I had a small dent in the driver's door. My first contact with the company was with Fiona on reception who was very friendly and professional. Thereafter, an estimate was provided and the car was booked in for the work within a fortnight. The work was done within the timescales quoted and the result was so good that you wouldn't know that there had been any damage.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Gordon Cooley Coachbuilders again or to recommend them to others. Thank you for a great job.
