Terry and his team completed a loft conversion creating 2 dormers for 2 bedrooms with ensuites.

Loft conversions are a messy job but they made sure to keep disruption and mess to a minimum, so that we could get on with our day to day routine as normal. Terry's team and all the trade workers he brings in are all friendly, professional, trustworthy and have carried out the conversion with a high quality finish.

Terry and his team recently converted our bungalow loft into 2 beautiful big bedrooms, with a dormer in each, and a jack and Jill bathroom. It was a huge undertaking and I was very nervous having no experience with building work. I needn't have worried. Terry's team of workmen were excellent, very professional. They were there every day at the time they said, they were polite & respectful coming into our home with young kids. They were extremely safety conscious and cleaned up every afternoon before they left, even hoovering the downstairs where dust had fallen. The whole job lasted 7 weeks and was much less stressful than I had anticipated. Their workmanship was excellent, I particularly liked the bespoke cupboard doors. There were very few snagging issues and anything I queried or flagged was dealt with immediately. Terry was always checking we were happy at each stage, you could see he took a pride in both his work and his company. Terry also made some great practical suggestions on slight changes to our plans, which I was really happy with, things I wouldn't have thought of that enhanced our new living space. Communication was good and Terry was easy to contact. I liked how he checked in with me on design preferences - the little details like light switches, handrails, heights, widths, placements of sockets etc. Terry spent time explaining and mapping out the rooms for me at early stages so I could visualise the end result and plan for furniture and a bathroom suite. This attention to detail meant we got exactly what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gla Lofts, Terry and his great team.

Terry and the team did a fantastic job converting our unused loft into a fantastic double bedroom with en-suite. They arrived on time and left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed in just a few weeks and we are delighted with it. Terry went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that the design worked for us. All the team were polite and friendly and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We had a number of companies quote us for a loft conversion. Terry came and actually listened to what we wanted. His team arrived on time every day and worked diligently. At the end of each day, they swept up and hoovered. We have gone from 1 double bedroom upstairs to 2 large doubles, a home office and a large storage cupboard. Perfect!
