First floors fitted 3 bedroom carpets, a sitting room carpet and a stairs runner and landing carpets. They were very good at talking through the options, relative quality of differing carpet types, costs, pros and cons and did a wonderful job fitting the carpets. They scheduled the fittings round our needs as house was being decorated and in the end came 4 times to complete the fitting. The stair runner was a complex job. Their sales staff and fitters are very professional.

Ordered LVT flooring for our hallway from First Floors. David visited the house to carry out a survey and measure up. We had a huge choice in the showroom to choose from and eventually picked one. Our fitting date was arranged to suit our decorating being carried out beforehand. The fitters arrived on time on agreed date and worked extremely well and to a very high standard. Door checks were trimmed at bases to allow flooring to sit underneath and we are delighted with the finish. Would happily recommend First Floors and we will be using them again in the future.

From looking at samples, costing, answering questions and especially the floor fitting team who were fantastic and worked so hard to make sure the job was done right and to a very high standard. We are delighted with the final result and will use them again.

The service received from the initial visit to the First Floors shop in Giffnock through to purchase, delivery and installation was without question excellent. Graham knowledge of the products in store help with my selection of flooring, no hard sell and a very customer focused service.
I received notification of the delivery and installation date however had to make adjustments to installation at short notice which was dealt with without any issues.
The carpet fitters did a great job even managing to fit it into awkwardly shaped walk in cupboard.
Overall a great service and I would happily recommend First Floors to others.

I went in with my elderly parents to enquire about flooring. The staff went out their way to make my parents feel comfortable, giving them a seat, and plenty of time to select a product that fitted within their price range but without any pressure or obligation to buy. My mum chose flooring for her living room and hall. The staff considered everything uplift, removal, coming to the house to double check measurements etc. The turn around was so fast and so efficient. It was definitely very good value for money considering all the extra they did to fit the flooring.
My parents flooring is looking fantastic but even more so we had wonderful person-centred service that we are very grateful for.
We will be sure to let people know. A lovely business with caring decent staff. Thank you!

We had a new floor fitted in the hallway, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. From our first visit to the showroom to the finished article, we were delighted with the service provided. There were lots of examples of flooring manufacturers and designs to look at in the showroom and the members of staff were very knowledgeable about what would potentially work for our home. A member of the team visited our house to measure and further advise which products would be suitable for our taste/budget and existing floor-type. The fitters were extremely professional and skilled in their work. They completed the job on time and to an excellent standard and we are all very pleased with the finished result.

I thoroughly recommend First Floors. They saved me money by suggesting a cheaper alternative than I had in mind, which actually suited my needs better. Very reliable and lovely to deal with. Will definitely use again.
