This is to record our gratitude for the building of our new garage by D Welsh Builders.
Dealing with Duncan and his team has been a pleasure.
From our first visit to uplawmoor to see their display garages to Duncan's first site visit and then his work with planning application and obtaining a building warrant has been excellent, especially when faced with a few hurdles to overcome with the above departments. Duncan's regular visits on site during the work was also appreciated.
We have had a good number of Welsh employees during the demolition and rebuild process. They worked in some very wet weather for a couple of the days but it never stopped the quality of their work. We found them all very friendly and a pleasure to have doing our work. Thank you Drew, John, William, Ian and Liam . We also had sub contractors who also did an excellent job and were also very helpful and friendly .Thank you Kevin and Stephen and Bajiter and Joe.
We would also like to thank Allison who works in the office foe dealing with many queries during the last few months in a very friendly and helpful manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend D Welsh Builders Ltd. The removed an old asbestos garage roof and disposed of the material properly and provided me with a lovely new garage roof. The men were excellent in their work and very polite and conscientious. Nice to find a good and reputable builder who also guarantee their work.

From start to finish we received nothing less than professional service for our garage refurbishment. Living in a conservation area, they helped us through the planning process. Once granted made sure we were happy with the dates everything was to go ahead. They turned up exactly on time on the proposed dates and completed the job within the agreed timescales. We now have a functioning garage and we could not be more pleased. I would have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

Recently had a double sized garage built by Welsh.
The advice and service from start to finish was excellent.
There was no high pressure sale. They arranged removal of old single garage, with asbestos roofing.
They’re team was clean, tidy and professional right the way through.
They made sure I was totally happy before paying balance.
