I had a bedroom carpet cleaned-with two bad stains which I thought had little chance of coming out.
Alex agreed to try to remove the stains and if successful, would clean the rest of the carpet. If he couldn’t remove the stains, there would be no charge. I thought that was very fair.
He did indeed get the stains out with his amazing machine, and then cleaned the whole carpet. What an amazing job! The carpet looks as good as new and smells so fresh.
What a great service-professional, friendly and very fairly priced.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending A & K Cleaning Services. I will now never use any other cleaning company!

Alex's carpet cleaning services are outstanding. Friendly and reassuring. Alex makes light work of cleaning all the carpets, moving furniture as necessary, careful of pets. Up to date, quiet speedy, machinery. Second time I've used this service and will continue to do so.

A & K Cleaning Services have really brought my 3-piece suite back to life - a fantastic result. Alex was prompt in answering emails providing a totally obligation free quotation without any "sales pitch" on an initial inspection. He arrived on time on the agreed date for cleaning and got straight to work. Alex believes in quality work and total customer satisfaction which was evident throughout conversation. Considering the time spent working on the 3-piece suite - great value for money too.
