Have had bathroom shower installed linked in to hot water from gas boiler. Also renewed plumbing to a fitted kitchen and provides annual checks on gas boiler, central heating system and standby gas fire.
A pleasure making contact with friendly and helpful staff whenever there is a need to make contact with the business.

Had to get a replacement outdoor tap. Previous one was one of those DIY kits and no longer worked. Old tap and green pipe was removed and hole filled in on side of my house (green pipe was coming out of a hole on the side of my house). New tap was fitted with correct piping put in.
R M Plumbing & Gas Services Limited were fantastic. I contacted them, through their website, and they called me back quickly. Gave me a date for coming to look at the job and gave me a quote. I went ahead with the job and they booked me in. They turned up on the dates and times given and the job was done perfectly. I’m so happy I went with R M Plumbing & Gas Services Limited as everything went perfectly. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them. I am thinking of getting some new radiators in the bedrooms and if I go ahead with this I will be using R M Plumbing & Gas Services Limited.

I have been using the services of RM Plumbing for several years and I initially went to them after a recommendation from a friend. The personal touch is what I find to be a bonus as Suzanne who is in admin is always there to help with any issues I have with my boiler and plumbing. The other pleasing factor is that we’ll see the same engineer where possible and this again helps to build a relationship with the company. I now also use this company for any plumbing or heating work at my business premises.

Had a problem with my boiler and freaked out a bit and the lady in the office contacted 2 of the team and they were here so quickly and were able to fix the problem and offer re-assurance. It was an error on my part .

Admin office staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining their process very well.

The engineers were exceptionally professional, friendly, clean and tidy, and did an excellent job. So much so that I have used them on several occasions and recommended to my family.

RM Plumbing were fantastic when we had a disaster with a cowboy plumber and needed someone to come and fix it.
They were there on time and made sure everything was working properly before they finished.
Since then whenever we have needed anything they’ve been great at fitting us in.
