We have just had Durashield replace all our windows and we can’t praise them enough.
The full process from start to finish was excellent, professional & seamless.
From when John 1st visited, to the surveyor visit to sandy & his team who fitted them. Not only am I delighted with my new windows but I was very pleasantly surprised with their clean & tidy workmanship. I fully expected to have internal repairs and paint touch up jobs to do. To my amazement they managed to take out my 35 year old windows. Install my new windows and not a bit of painting necessary. They protected my furniture and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even removed and reinstalled all my window shutters and they look like they have never been removed. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would have no hesitation above using them again in the future.

We are delighted with the product. The fitters were friendly, tidy and efficient. They arrived on schedule and were finished in less than two days. We would strongly recommend them.

We had all the windows in our 130 year old house replaced. The job was done on time, neatly and to a high standard. We have noticed significant improvement in the draughts, and the noise in the house. Our windows no longer shake when a large vehicle passes by! We note that the amount of gas we are using is somewhat less though sadly not the bills this year. We have been very pleased with this work.

Had windows and doors replaced late 2021. Very happy with the service from receiving advice and quote through to installation. Very efficient and professional installation that left place as tidy as they found it. After sales service has also been excellent.

We used Durashield to change from wooden windows to new double glazing. The new windows had to be a specific colour and style to match the other apartments. This was no problem as John had experience of working in the area.

We were very pleased with the windows. There was a slight problem with one of the handles being too stiff, but one of the fitters came back the day after we phoned the office and adjusted it.

We have had another full house double glazed by Durashield, including patio and front doors, and all other windows from bay to bathroom to plain. This is within the last six months. We have had wood grain and plain finishes and would not even consider going anywhere else. Durashield are excellent to deal with for many reasons, including a superb sales experience with zero pressure and good ideas, and of course also an immaculate, beautiful finish on the installation and quality of product. We are delighted with our experience of Durashield. We used this company for a new front door, new french doors and all new windows. John was very friendly when he came to the house, he had some great ideas and suggested a lovely front door. John also arranged for a customer made window to include lead work to match the front door. It was clear nothing was too much trouble. We received a full, detailed quotation. There was no pressure and no gimmicks, just a sensible price for a quality product. The guys who fitted the windows were equally friendly and worked away all day. They cleaned up behind themselves and covered our carpets, etc. They even used a cleaning spray to remove the stickers and leave the new windows sparkling.

Sash windows replaced with white woodgrain effect - good quality product and lovely finish

Durashield were very accommodating when we wanted to supply our own sash locks and lifts, and made the necessary arrangements to allow these to be fitted.

Would recommend highly - competitively priced and always available to answer questions. Following installation, the windows required some adjustment after we moved some wiring which was running through the window sills, and the team came out and fixed this for us without asking any questions at all.
