Repair of 3 separate areas of slate roof /valleys/profiling( which had been left in a terrible state by a different roofing company)
Steve provided estimate for all the work that was required,and the lads(Lawrence and Jack) completed the job over 4-5 days,working tirelessly .
Talked me through everything that was being done up there,also provided photos as the work progressed.

The team completely renewed a valley and undertook a variety of work on our cast iron rhones including sealing leaking joints. They surveyed the roof and carried out minor repairs as necessary. The final bill came in as expected and in line with the quotation. The guys who did the work were pleasant and friendly - and most importantly professional and efficient.

Had leaking gutters fixed and moss removed from roof. Was told I would have to wait till next year as they were very busy but were able to fit me in 4months earlier. Workmen turned up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Also cleaned up all the moss when finished. Very friendly and polite workmen. Would recommend Strathmore Roofing 100% they make a great job.

What a great job done! From first contact to completion and final clear up, Steve and his crew (office included), were good to work with. The job took a lot less time than anticipated (a lack of rain helped) and looks great.

This year conservatory polycarbonate roofing was in a bad way, definitely a job for Strathmore Roofing. I took Mr Steven Murray's advice - had the old roof removed and solid roof installed and I am absolutely delighted. I would use this company again, why go out of Forfar Angus if you get workmanship of quality in Angus?

Steve from Strathmore Roofing was phoned on Monday 31st Jan AM about storm damage to house roof. Said he would be Monday PM and was Tuesday 1st Feb 9AM. Four men to do emergency roof cover, they were all great. Will use them again. I cannot thank them enough for their work. 5 stars is too low!

Phone call on Monday to say tradesmen would visit Thursday/Friday. Arrived Wednesday. Both tradesmen were polite and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

They are honest when bidding work and diligent in performing it when agreed.

Replaced two windows on a 1st floor flat roof with opening Velux windows. The work involved removing the old 1150mm square windows with their frames and the joinery work involved in enlarging the opening size to 1200mm x 1200mm. The new windows are electrically operated complete with electric blackout blinds and all electric wiring was arranged by the company. The glassfibre roof was reformed round the new windows, lead flashings round the chimney installed and the guttering upgraded.
Strathmore Roofing have worked on the roofs of the house and outbuilding for 20 years and all repairs and improvements have been carried out to a high standard.

Strathmore Roofing have done an excellent job removing and replacing a flat roof at our property. 2 polite young men came over 2 days and worked away without any problems. Tidied worksite up at end of first day which was great. Bill came in same as price quoted. Would definitely use them again.

I had an emergency roofing issue on a Sunday. Mr Murray assessed the problem that afternoon and sent his roofers first thing Monday morning. The repair was safe and watertight within a few hours. Extremely pleasant staff and quite outstanding service. I have used this firm before - just excellent.

The manager plus two staff; they arrived spot on time and worked continuously for 2 1/2 hours until task was completed. They cleaned (using sandpaper) the fibreglass roof-covering on our double garage: the 20 year guarantee expired this moth (April), they then repainted the entire roof with the colour of our choice. The team was courteous and they cleaned the area prior to departure. I have absolutely no adverse comments to make. I would strongly recommend them to any third party.
