Due to the location of my home, mice and rats were common in my loft space and outbuildings.

Ben from Pest King visited to carry out an assessment and to discuss findings and methods to resolve.

I find Ben to be knowledgeable and reasurring. The level of service and cost are 2nd to none. We contacted Pest King when we suspected activity in our attic but did not know what we were dealing with. Pest King responded extremely quickly and arranged a visit where they did a thorough check inside and around the property. Wildlife cameras were set up to identify the activity which confirmed mice. Treatment was began with everything thoroughly explained at every step and any questions we had answered in depth. I recently had Ben West of Pest King control services who carried out a survey at my home to address a rat infestation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the outset, the trader displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and care.
Ben conducted a thorough survey of the property—both inside and outside—including areas beyond the boundary to accurately track the rat’s movements. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. One of the things that really stood out was their use of night vision cameras to monitor the rat’s entry and exit points. This innovative approach allowed for a clear understanding of the issue and ultimately played a key role in resolving it.
Various entry points were treated with bait, each placement carefully risk assessed. I was provided with a paper copy of the assessment, which was extremely helpful for keeping everyone in the household informed. I was also left with five baited boxes, which are now checked regularly. Prior notice is always given before each visit, which to me shows just how much care and attention to detail is paid to customers.
What I appreciated most was the consistent communication and transparency and always at hand for us to give us reassurances. At every visit, a detailed risk assessment was carried out and discussed with me in full. Ben made sure I understood what was happening at each stage, what steps were being taken, and why. This not only kept me informed but really gave me peace of mind.

Ben is absolutely exceptional at what he does, he is incredibly knowledgeable and will happily explain absolutely every single aspect of the job/the pest issue/post treatment guidance down to a T. He is friendly, professional, I have used his services twice now, once last October for fleas and then currently for mice. I thought the fleas had returned and he was happy to talk me through everything (it turns out it is from the current mouse problem that I was unaware of at that moment in time.)
