We've lived in our house for 3 years with defective front and back door locks, until one jammed and we couldn't open it.
Phoned Ryan who turned up exactly when he said he would, sorted both locks - which now work perfectly - and couldn't have been nicer or more friendly whilst he did the work. All done in an hour. Great service, I can't recommend him highly enough.

Used Ryan on a few occasions over the years for locks at home /work/cars and vans had pvc French doors repaired and re alignment as they wouldn't close or lock had repairs to window mechanism and recently a full camera set up at my yard
Can't fault the service or workmanship and top quality products used and the after care service is spot on!
Can call at any time for advise and help nothing is too much trouble and generally a really nice guy to get on with would recommend him to anyone first class service every time!

I had two different locks with complications. I contacted Lock and Roll through Trusted Trader. Ryan phoned the same evening and a time and day were arranged. Ryan was on time, efficient and solved both problems, despite my jumbled explanations of what was happening. The charges were acceptable.
