Links Cabs is the only 24 hours 7 day a week service in the area. All our vehicles and our uniformed drivers are Licensed by our Local Authority (Angus Council).
All our vehicles 4-8 seats have Taximeters fitted and we also have the latest chip and pin terminals (also Apple pay, Android pay and contactless) in all our vehicles.

The waiting time for the driver was a bit longer than expected & the estimated given by the controller but I was more than happy with the driver. He was very polite and friendly so what could’ve been a long & uncomfortable journey was quite the opposite. I would use them again

Links Cabs Carnoustie are the best. Very reliable and punctual and respond very quickly to a call or email booking. Fabulous drivers and service and I always use them when in Carnoustie for the Dunhill.

Had to organise an airport run at the last minute due to car trouble, Links Cabs were able slot us in, also being a cycling holiday I had my bike box as well, so a normal car was out of the question.
They supplied a 8 seater bus which could handle the bike box, but as there were only 2 of us it was more expensive than if the bus had full capacity, but that was our choice due to the circumstances.
I can't fault the service , very prompt, efficient, driver was excellent too, will definitely use them again .

From initial visit to booking (5.15 on a Sunday morning) we were filled with confidence. The staff, telephoning/receptionist/coordinator/taxi driver were all exemplary.
It was an amber weather alert for torrential rain and for once the forecast was correct. The driver showed caution to the road conditions and even let us stay in his very clean and tidy cab until our bus came. Cannot fault anything!

Had a very early request for an airport transfer at 330am (!!) and the response to my email request (a must for airport transfers) was very quick. Julie who picked me up arrived 10 mins early, and was a very good driver as well as a lovely lady to have a wee chat to. The cost from Carnoustie to Edinburgh airport was much cheaper than what I paid from Edinburgh airport to St. Andrews.
Will definitely book them again. Highly Recommended.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We hired an airport transfer and they customer service/transport/communication was excellent. Our flight ended up getting delayed and the driver could not of been nicer and more understanding he was waiting for us for a good hour and never moaned at all, kept in touch and was waiting for us when we arrived thank you soooo much. The taxi was also so comfortable and stylish. I will definitely be using this company again.

This taxi was booked by Kwik Fit on behalf of Motobility. This was our return trip to collect our car after puncture repair. 5 hour wait or go home via taxi. We went home. Our driver Frank, a very cheery chap. Very welcoming and helpful. Instantly makes you feel at home. Before we knew it we arrived at our destination. Nice and safe. Carl picked me up at the house in good time. The day was extremely hot but the car was fairly comfortable considering the 30 degree heat. The journey was good. The radio was not too loud and conversation with Carl was great and made the journey more enjoyable.
I had not used the 3 Word LinkLink system before but managed to get the code for my house easily although I did not know how to forward it on to the driver.

Taxi on time and good price. Driver was very nice and courteous. Would recommend this taxi company. The only niggle is having to send a mail to book and then wait for confirmation. I understand that this a a way to keep track of bookings, however a simple website where you can log on, book, pay (if you want to) and get confirmation straight away would be better.

We booked our car to take us to lunan bay for a wedding and we were all very pleased with the service, taxi was as described, driver was very accomodating and pleasant and also very patient as he had to wait to return us to Carnoustie, we did leave the back of his car covered in sand and apologised for this but he said it was not a problem, thank you sir for your service, I'm sorry I didn't get your name to add to this, we would be pleased to use your company again

We needed a taxi from Glasgow back home after a weekend shopping.
Taxi was booked in advance. Company checked in to confirm a few days before and kept in touch to advise exact time of pick up on the day.
Journey was smooth. Taxi clean & spacious. Plenty of room for the three of us & our shopping.
A fantastic alternative to the train. Door to door. Perfect.

Organised accessible taxi for my father for a local journey over the Festive Period. The driver, John, called the family home after I left a message and arranged. Family found John to be friendly and efficient. We would use this firm again.

I have used Link cabs for about 3 years for multiple journeys to the airports for holidays. The taxi has always turned up before the time due and the driver was very professional. The rates for the taxi are very competitive and I would highly recommend to anyone needing a taxi to the airport.

I've used Links Cabs for over 10 years and always found them to be extremely reliable, always punctual and always ready to assist even when the booking is at short notice. Their drivers are always smartly presented, helpful, friendly and courteous. I greatly rely on them for getting my elderly mother out and about and they are always patient and helpful in helping her in and out of the car and into her wheel-chair.
