Fitting of EV charger. All communication was accurate and prompt in the lead up to selecting this trader. He took time to explain things to me clearly and tradesman that fitted the unit was punctual and efficient. I was very pleased with the work done.

Installation of EV Charging Point.

Good communication by telephone and e-mail prior to ordering. Once ordered a suitable day for installation was agreed and the engineer turned up as arranged. The installation seemed very straightforward and the electricity had to be switched off for only a brief period. The product is of good quality and having tried it once it seems to be performing as it should. I wasn't aware that a hub would have to installed connected to my broadband router but luckily this wasn't a problem. The engineer did comment that the job took him less time than anticipated. There was a fair amount of paperwork to be completed, and this required dialogue with us to respond to a whole range of questions etc.

Only a small job but dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Good communication. Highly recommend.
