Kevin and the team built a single storey rear extension on our house which provides a lovely new kitchen diner with a great, spacious deck outside. The existing kitchen in the house was then converted into a utility room and a ramp built outside to aid with accessibility for me.

Kevin managed the whole project with the minimum of hassle/disruption for us living in the property.

My most recent engagment with Ardach, was i believe my 10th time using them for a project, some big some small. The most recent involved roof repair and new kitchen. Superb team of tradesmen.cannot fault from beginning to end . On the occasion we added and changed our mind during works nothing was to much trouble. From the beginning of communications with Kevin it has been a dream to deal with him in comparison to earlier trades we had on our project.

From prompt replies to all queries raised, having a professional team helping at every stage, Kevin was early to any meetings we had and thoroughly helpful throughout (in construction this is very rare!).

Once his team started on site I knew straight away this was the best decision we had made for our new build. Everything went super smooth, the team on site were really top notch and cannot sing their praises enough.

Kevin organised other trades to work alongside the joinery aspect and this was just such a relief from a self run project. Took all the pressure off having to coordinate between different trades on site etc and made the process so much more enjoyable.

Kevin and his team are very reliable, courteous and really good at their job. They have done a lot of work for me including fitting a kitchen, decking, building a summer house, fitting doors and even a bathroom. The standard and quality of work is excellent. I have contracted Ardach Joinery on several projects over a period of time for ongoing upgrades to my house on both cosmetic and security based workscopes. Work included complete window replacement, front and rear doors change to higher spec security components. All internal doors replaced, dining room floor relayed and two external decking areas completed.
From the initial meeting all details on estimating costs, sourcing materials and scheduling the work were completed in a professional and expedient manner. Materials used and work completion were both of a high standard with all projects being delivered to the planned timeline with no growth in the initial estimated costs.

The attitude and motivation of the owner Kevin Smith is reflected in the employees at all times while on site. Kevin himself has a very professional approach to dealing with customer enquiries, good personal interfacing skill and is extremely pragmatic in problem solving to meet the needs of what the customer actually wants.
