Matthew has worked with us to develop plans and lodge planning and building warrant applications. His work has been first class throughout the process and has always been on quote and done quickly, thoroughly and accurately. He has also communicated very well with us from the start and quickly understood what we were looking forward to.

Drawings for extension and garage conversation. All agreed time scales were met ahead of time and all plans went through first time . When we had a query from building control Mathew came out to confirm that the contractor had corrected the issue.

Would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking to get drawings done. He provided us with all the information needed and carried out our building warrant application to the council without fuss. Communication was excellent at all stages of the application and I was generally very happy with the services received from this company.

Prepared plans for kitchen extension and creation of utility room, shower room and shed. At first meeting he advised on the options, timescale, costs and entire process with regard to permissions required. Also gave options on materials and had details of a number of contractors who would likely be interested in content and scale of work. Kept us informed at every stage.

Technical drawings for an extension to the back of my house. Listened to what I needed and explained what he thought could/couldn't be done very clearly. Builder and structural engineer were both happy with drawings.
