I have had various jobs completed by North East Services. Lately a boiler service and my kitchen sink drainage fixed. Both engineers turned up on time, were polite, and carried out the work efficiently. They took their time to explain what tasks they had carried out and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend North East Services. I would definitely use them again.

This is not the first time that I've used North East Services & wont be the last! From start to finish they have been first class & I can't fault their workmanship. Shannon is always so helpful & accommodating in the office & when I had to make the dreaded decision to fit a new boiler everything was explained to me clearly. Paul & Danny fitted my job in quickly & had the boiler up & running in a timely manner, they even managed to fit in a toilet repair for me too. Nothing is too much trouble & I was grateful for all their advice & expertise. The boiler was commissioned & they even took care of the registration so that I could receive the warranty paperwork. A massive thank you from a very happy customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had various work done in our bathroom. From first contact, service and issuing the invoices, everything was 5 star. Workman appeared on time and got on with the work, no messing about or anything.
Sharon was also a lovely manager to deal with whether by phone or email. Very considerate of your schedule in making your appointment and especially when there is an emergency as there was in one of our our cases.
Company is 100% recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again when needed.
